„This property has a lot to offer, especially for families or groups. We really enjoyed the large front yard and amazing waterfront backyard with its own small inlet. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but is walking distance to Roche and the Sculpture Park. We also really enjoyed that this home is dog friendly and close to the dog park. The only real drawback to this house was the living room furniture- it was very uncomfortable. The couch and the dining table chairs especially. “

You can’t beat the location! Note to Sandi , the owner tho: you need to provide a snow shovel and bag of ice melter/rock salt. “
