„Fished the Madison chain while we stayed here. 20 minutes to the ramp. Plenty of places to eat in neighborhood easy gas stops on easy to ramp. Plenty of room to move around in house for the four of us. Driveway and street parking were available for two bass boats and trucks. Electric hook up was great for charging batteries.“

„Our family stayed at The Saddlery hotel to celebrate our son's birthday, who is a freshman at the UW Madison.We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From the efficient check in/check out process, very clean and beautiful rooms, amazing Lake Monona view, each moment was delightful. Also the hotel has a very safe and secure environment. „Great location and cool place to stay. Beautiful views from the bedrooms. Everything needed was provided. I appreciate the pet friendly, but our first night a dog (perhaps next door or below) barked many hrs straight and was so loud it sounded like it was in the unit with us. Had it continued, the stay would have been ruined. Thank goodness it was just the one night and the other 2 nights were quiet and enjoyable. Overall, we would stay here again.“

„I give this rental a five stars overall. The property contact was very responsive. The location so close to the lake is just perfect. Great for a girls weekend away. Only constructive feedback. Is there a couple of things that should be repaired on the property, such as a cracked sink, But nothing that overall affected the functionality of the rental for us. Neighbors were very quiet and we would definitely stay here again.“

„Randy and Connie greeted us when we arrived. They gave us a tour of the home and showed us how everything worked and where to find the extras. The house was beautiful and clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We were in the area for our son’s wedding and found a lot to do in the area. There’s a lot of shopping and great restaurants. „Jake’s place was perfect for our stay, as it was a relaxing, clean and a nice home. The two floor layout worked especially well for our infant daughter so she had a quiet place to sleep, while we could cook and hang out in the living room. The only suggestion to the host is to install curtains along the picturesque sliding doors for a bit of extra privacy at nighttime.“

„The property was wonderfully located with a beautiful view. It was also exceptionally clean and very well renovated. There were a few nice local restaurants/bars which made the stay even nicer. The only item was when I was told that we parked in the wrong place I responded and indicated the home was wonderful. I never heard back - just kind of seemed weird. I like having a personable connection with the owner but didn't necesarily feel that way here. But still a wonderful stay!“
