The space
This home has a large master bath and ensuite bathroom/shower, 2 additional bedrooms, a bathroom in the hallway, family room, kitchen and dining room. Outdoor patio has seating for 8 and a fire pit.

Our property offers a unique setup where the upstairs and downstairs are separate living areas. The entrance to your listing is separate from the downstairs entrance, ensuring your privacy during your stay. Please note that there is an internal stairway to the basement, but it is secured with a one-way lock to keep the two living areas separate.

The downstairs basement is occupied by the owner’s daughter and her two roommates. They have their own amenities and do not have access to the upstairs area. This ensures that your space remains private and undisturbed.

Your listing comes with its own set of amenities that are exclusively for your use. This includes a separate laundry facility, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom.

As for the outdoor space, the basement tenants have access to a shed behind the home. However, they do not use the backyard when guests are present to respect your privacy. They also OBSERVE QUITE HOURS between 10pm and 8am to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

Guest access
Key lock on front door allows for self check-in and out.

You'll be able to access all aspects of this 3-bedroom apartment minus a supply closet that will be locked.

There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests. If the additional guests will be added after booking, the platform will recalculate and add the additional guest fees.

3. Red-Eye Arrival any time after 9 AM CST for $100.00.

Other things to note:
1. The City of Orem is constructing a water tower near the home. There is a possibility of noise disruption while they are performing construction during weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.


2. My daughter lives downstairs but you will have access to the whole house. In case of emergency or if you get locked out, you can ask my daughter downstairs if she can open emergency access to get in your unit. FYI - we don't open this access unless it's an emergency only. I can assure you that you're safe and secured and your privacy and security is our top priority.
