„When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have ...

„We had a great stay, location was great, very clean, beautifully remodeled, the bathroom felt like a 5 star hotel with all the upgrades they've done. The first night the refrigerator stopped working, they immediately went over to try to fix it but were unsuccessful, they offered to purchase ice for us and by the next day they had purchased and installed a new refrigerator. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. “

If you want to visit downtown / the loop, public transport is within easy walking distance. But if you want to shop groceries, you should bring a car.“

„We have booked a premium appointment for four days which was located on the 24. floor and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the appointment could have been cleaner, especially the furniture was very used and full of stains. It’s not expensive at all to maintain or replace the furniture. The couch was extremely dirty and the rug was full of ugly stains, so not really welcoming and comfortable. Not ok for this price! “
