„When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have ...

„My family and I stayed with our dog for a few days to see some old friends before going to visit family for Christmas. The space was exactly how it was described and pictured. The setup was easy, attractive, comfy, and extremely well appointed. It was great to have parking and a comfortable place to visit with everyone. The location is very convenient to markets, restaurants, and shopping. The shower is amazing. Kitchen is top notch. We will definitely stay here again!“

„First thing we had an issue with gaining access to the building due to weather conditions and the key boxes being out in the elements. Once we gained entry, there were some issues with things in the unit but overall the unit was aesthetically pleasing to be in. „Great property! Great kitchen for making our Thanksgiving feast. Loved the quiet area and ease of getting to places. Tall windows in the living room let in a lot of light - could use some sort of light filtering shades. Additionally - beds had only a sheet and a thin blanket. Glad that we brought an extra blanket with. “

„We have booked a premium appointment for four days which was located on the 24. floor and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the appointment could have been cleaner, especially the furniture was very used and full of stains. It’s not expensive at all to maintain or replace the furniture. The couch was extremely dirty and the rug was full of ugly stains, so not really welcoming and comfortable. Not ok for this price! “
