Dieses Ferienhaus befindet sich in der beliebten 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst Gated Windsor Palms Resort Community. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock (zwei sind King Master-Zimmer), ein Wohnbereich mit Ledersofas und einem 50-Zoll-TV. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie drei weitere Schlafzimmer (ein Kingsize-Bett und zwei Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten in jedem Zimmer). Vier Schlafzimmer haben Fernseher und es gibt kostenloses Wifi, Kabel und Klimaanlage im ganzen Haus. Zusätzlich bieten wir Ihnen eine PlayStation 4-Spielekonsole, damit Sie während Ihres Urlaubs keine Spielzeit verpassen müssen! Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Ihre grundlegenden Toilettenartikel sind ebenso vorhanden wie eine voll ausgestattete Küche, um Mahlzeiten für Ihre große Party zu kochen. Es gibt einen übergroßen Pool und eine große Terrasse mit Whirlpool und reichlich Pool-Möbeln. Darüber hinaus gibt es für unsere wertvollsten Gäste eine gute Auswahl an Baumschulgeräten. Die Garage ist als Spielzimmer mit einem Billardtisch mit Schieferbett und Airhockey eingerichtet.

This property is very convenient to all the Disney parks. It is close to Walmart, gift stores, and food. My grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. We had a great time.

Best host experience
We originally were booked for an 11 day stay which Chai was helpful and timely with any concerns, he even brought us a propane tank over so we could have Easter dinner off the grill. Unfortunately we had an emergency with one of our guests that caused our family to be in Florida for more time than anticipated. Chai was compassionate and was able to extend our stay as well as checked in on us frequently. Chai will always be special to our family and we will always call him first in the future when visiting. Thank you Chai!!

The house was clean and in good condition. We didn't use the pool, but it was clean. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping stores less than 2 minutes away. it was easy to get to the majors parks and airport.

Not Family Friendly
My family and I booked to attend our annual gathering. 3 hours in we were being threatened with being put out due to music and kids being loud complaints. Mind you it was only 7 pm and quiet time is at 11 pm. The complaint was only coming from one house, which also was the household that called derogatory names. We had neighbors on both sides, but only one side complained. When I called management he stated that the resort would kick us out, when I explained the situation he stated he was not there and if the resort was calling it was serious. So to have all the luxury however not be able to use them (pool, spa) is very sad. This experience has deterred me from renting a large home again. There was no party, just people that were listed to be in the house. So I will say if you rent this house be prepared not to use the outside if you have more than 1 person. The only positive thing was that management responded quickly. There was fine broken glass on the deck and I cut my foot in 2 spot and when I told him about it he offered to come spray deck down the next day, but by then my family had sweep up what we saw. I would not rent again.

It was amazing but… small things
The property was lovely! The host was very easy to reach and communicate with. Chai always responded in a timely manner. The beds were comfortable and the house was big enough for all that we needed! There were only a few televisions in certain rooms. Not every room had a tv which is okay depending on what you are there for. The AC was perfect for our stay. We never touched the thermostat. It was cold when we needed it and warm when we needed it. BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS! They supplied some white towels but its better to bring your own to make sure there are enough. There were some appliances in the kitchen that malfunctioned or were not ideal. But we got by. I live in Orlando but for some reason during our stay my whole family had allergy issues! Not sure if it was the house or the location but our allergies were HORRIBLE during our stay. The grass also needed to be cut. And because of the rain there were many many bugs around that would enter the house. There could also be a walking path in front if the doorway into the grass because when cars are parked correctly it blocks your access to the house and we always had to walk in the grass. Using a code for the front door was very efficient. The security was easy to work with. Parking was a hassle when you have more than 3 cars. If we all did not all come from different places it would have been easier but we made it work! Thanks so much Chai!

Laughing Trouble
Where can i start! First day there a neighbor peeks thru the back and tells us to please keep it down ( have in mind we have til 11pm to quiet down) and it was barely 10pm only thing we were doing is laughing and telling family stories. We did not know we couldn’t have family fun and actually having a great time not using any kind of technology.. so I received a message and email at 1am from owner telling me there was a noise complaint or we could get evicted.. If you are planning to vacation at this place I recommend no kids and only if u really just want to be bored with out making any noise.. this place was so sensitive to any little fun we could have.. Also there is very little pots and pans. No dish detergent very minimal coffee cups so if you have a big crew make sure you bring extras. No extra blankets or towels really disappointed in the listing it said it had plenty of the necessary items to just get there and stay.. we ended up buying the majority of things that were missing.. Only credit is the beds where comfortable. There was also Cockroach in the kitchen.. also take your own pool toys since there aren’t any there.. One of the bathrooms the shower head barely worked ..toilet paper only half of roll in the bathrooms.. for the price I believe you need to have the place well equipped of all the necessities or else say its only for a family of 4..not for a big family.. and definitely don’t recommend for kids.. This vrbo is the worst one i have stayed in and will definitely not rent again..

This was a great booking in a very nice neighborhoods. Check in was a breeze great communication. Host met all of our needs. We received the home clean smelling great stocked with the essentials. Each family member had a nice size room. Pool was huge a lot of family fun. He had 5 locations I will definitely be booking again.

Home was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family of 7. The owner was quick to answer any questions I had. Disney parks were closer than I thought they would be, 15-20 with traffic. Walmart is just around the corner. The best beds and pillows I have ever slept on at a VRBO. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We didn’t have a baby, but they have all the baby stuff u would need. We will definitely stay again!

Four Day Stay
Had a group of friends stay four days for my best friend’s wedding. Owner was very quick with response. The house was well furnished and very clean. I absolutely recommend for any family trips and vacation!

Nice House, but......
House is nice, but in need of deep cleaning and few repairs. Mildew on window in Kitchen and screen over pool. Several windows had lot of dust and was very visible. Rust on toilets on cut off valves. Pictures were sent to Host. We were not able to watch local TV in the family room. There was no TV in one room downstairs. Furniture needs to be upgraded throughout the house.

Fun family vacation
We were very happy with the stay at this property. It was all that was promised. It was more than large enough for our multiple families - a party of 10. Everyone had space and the pool/hot tub was great to have after park days or just lounging around. I was also very pleased that if I had any questions or concerns - the owner was VERY quick to respond. I really appreciated that. One thing I would suggest - there is no kitchen supplies for the oven. No cookie sheets/baking pans - or even any pot holders. We wanted to make tater tots to go with our burgers one night and was surprised to find nothing. It wasn't a huge deal but it might be something to think about for future guests. Overall we had a wonderful visit and we would definitely stay there again.

House was ok
House was ok. Other reviews said it was well stocked, we didn't find that to be the case. One roll of tp per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one dishwasher tab, no dish soap, no skillet. The house would be very nice with a few updates to plumbing fixtures etc. The ac is on a schedule so after being out all day we returned to 80 degrees. Ac filters were very dirty when we arrived and the owner brought new ones promptly. I probably would not have reviewed the property but something weird happened the last afternoon we were there. At around 6:30 in the evening the owner showed up at the back sliding glass door at the back of the house. He said that he was there to clean leaves out of the screened in pool. And knocked on the door to ask me to turn off the pool light because it is a big power user. The pool company was there at 9am the previous morning and did there thing without a hiccup or bother. No worries. But someone coming at 6:30pm unannounced and then coming to the back 12ft wide glass door with the curtains partially open was weird. Why not come to the front door and announce your intention. If he was so concerned he could have changed the ac filters before we came. Or tightened the screws in the front door lock (I did that myself) to keep the door more sealed. Overall the house served the purpose but the weirdness of showing up at the back door in the evening is a big upset for me.
