I travelled to Orlando to go to Universal Studios for 3 days (4 nights) with my friend and my brother. We were looking for an affordable place to sleep that was near the theme parks.
Because there were 3 adults and two beds, I shared the queen bed (which was comfortable) with my friend and my brother took the futon (which had sheets and blankets provided for it). It worked out well for 3 adults, but I don't think it would be extremely comfortable for more than 3 adults. It is undeniably a small accommodation, as the pictures show.
It is also clean, has a convenient location near restaurants and shopping, and feels like it's in a safe neighborhood. Not only does the place have central air continuously on low, it also has a window unit in the bedroom to adjust the temperature to your preference. This was great after a long day of sunny theme parks.
Additionally, there are some basic kitchen items (silverware, plates, spoons) and a refrigerator, microwave, and an electric kettle for hot water. We chose to get breakfast items and eat before we went to the theme parks each day.
We were extremely happy to find this VRBO and would happily rent this unit again in the future.
If it is helpful for other potential guests, our ride to Universal Studios took about 9 minutes with traffic, with rideshare apps, and most rides cost between $8-10. A couple were closer to $15 due to high traffic departure times. We went to the theme parks all day and only commuted to the park and home each day.
