DISNEY IS 5-7 MILES, UNIVERSAL IS 15-20 MINUTES. ALDI, CVS, RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. UNIT IS ON THE TOP FLOOR (THIRD) IT IS VERY QUIET WITH NO NOISE ABOVE THE UNIT. THERE IS AN ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING. WHEEL-CHAIR ACCESSIBLE. THE UNIT IS 1300 SQ, FT. ALL LINENS AND TOWELS SUPPLIED AND REPLACED FREQUENTLY!

-ROOMS AND FEATURES:
****ENTIRE EXTERIOR OF RESORT HAS BEEN PAINTED AND LOOKS BRAND NEW** Granite counter-tops throughout. The master bedroom features a bronze canopy style king-sized bed. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double sinks and a large soaking tub/ shower combo. There is a walk in closet for your belongings. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom attached with double sinks and a stall shower. There is also a walk in closet in the bedroom. There is a balcony with a table and four chairs and chaise lounge for relaxing!

-RELAXING, BEAUTIFUL AND FUN:
Just a few steps to plush clubhouse with pool and hot tub. Clubhouse has pool table, foosball, video games and kitchen with large lounge with a big screen TV. Pool is not heated the water may be cooler at certain times. A workout room is also included.
THE AREA AND AMENITIES:
THE RESORT IS SET BACK AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE AND VERY QUIET, YET CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! THERE IS MUCH TO DO IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA.
ALDI and Dollar Tree at Cane Island corner stores, now open and within walking distance!!
**OLD TOWN** Less Than two miles has Shoney's restaurant and Bobby's garage bar!! Old Town has shopping, restaurants and Saturday night cruise night. CELEBRATION IS OFF OF RT192, THERE ARE MANY SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS AND A BEAUTIFUL LAKE.

Second Visit to an excellent condo near the parks!
This condo is excellent! We have stayed here twice and will be back again! The split floor plan is perfect for our family with older teenagers. We love having access to a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer too. The pool is rarely busy and the 3rd floor unit means no upstairs neighbors when you need sleep! The unit is exactly as advertised and the owners are very attentive! Highly recommend this home away from home!

Comfortable and conveniently located
The condo was as advertised, well located in a gated community and close to the Disney theme parks. Check-in was easy and Michele and Ron were prompt to respond to any questions we had. The condo was comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. AAU Volleyball Tournament
I stayed with a friend while attending the AAU Volleyball Tournament. The location was great—easy 25-30 minute commute to the OCCC. Appreciated the gated community aspect and felt relatively safe because of that. The condo was very clean and very well stocked. The property managers/owners were in constant communication prior to check in. We were very grateful for that and found checking in very easy. They even made sure to explain where/when to park while there was construction on the parking lot. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in Ron & Michelle’s condo for a week while in town for the AAU volleyball national tournament. We had a excellent experience! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ron and Michele were great to deal with right from the start. We stayed for a month and had everything we needed and more. Tastefully decorated, comfortable bed, very clean and looked exactly as it did in the photos. All the little extras make all the difference! Very convenient location with walking distance to Aldi for groceries and even to Old Town and a variety of great restaurants. Golfing was very close as well. Family Vacation
We stayed at Michele and Ron’s place for 6 days for a family vacation. We had everything we needed in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were a short walk from Aldi which helped us to save money on eating out. Disney Family Trip
With two teens, male and female, Disney resort rooms are no longer feasible. Most hotels still require our kids to sleep together or one of them in a sleeper sofa. This condo was exactly as described, and it suited us well to have both rooms, a kitchen and a living room, and a cute balcony. It was well appointed, comfortable, and very clean. Communication with the owners was quick, friendly, professional and efficient. Drive to the WDW parks took more than 15 minutes, even with traffic. This is not a resort, although there is a pool, and there are permanent residents there. However, that wasn't an issue for us. The only negative experience we had was parking. There are limited guest parking spots available, and they were sometimes full requiring a late night walk across the property, which was a little frustrating after being in the parks all day, but certainly not the fault of the owners. There are quite a few restaurants very close, and we were actually really impressed with the local Chili's. I know some reviews mentioned walking to nearby places, but I'm not sure I'd recommend that personally, as there were some nearby areas where we experienced panhandling and homelessness while.driving through. Overall, it fit us very well, we would highly recommend it to families like ours as you get quite a lot for the price! We have recommended it to our friends as well.

Highly recommend
The condo was very spacious and clean. The beds and couch were comfy and there was plenty of kitchen resources. It is easy to get in and out of the condo complex with plenty of stores and dining options close by. The owners definitely care about the place and their guests. They have movies, games and books for a rainy day (which we didn’t have thank goodness) Communication was top notch. We plan on staying here again.

It is a very cozy apartment, love the decor and that the condo is so close to stores, restaurants, parks and other amenities. My granddaughters used the gym, they loved it. I was able to do breakfast everyday, you have everything I need to cook. The condo is very peaceful and quiet. Looking forward to visit again soon. Fantastic property
So sad to leave this beautiful condo. It met our needs in every way - spotlessly clean, spacious, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, beautifully decorated, great air con and the location is perfect for all the parks, food, shopping and evening entertainment. The property was beautiful and had many amenities needed for a longer stay. The place was close to everything we could have needed and the owners were very accommodating. They answer right away and were very kind and helpful. Would definitely come back the next time I am in town. A great stay!
