Ein luxuriöses zweistöckiges Haus auf einem sehr großen, sehr privaten, nach Südwesten ausgerichteten Naturschutzgrundstück. Ein 5 Schlafzimmer / 4. 5 Badezimmer-Poolhaus, das in den Dörfern des Vermächtnis-Parkviertels, in Davenport, FL gelegen ist. Geräumiger, offener Grundriss mit 3 Hauptschlafzimmern, von denen sich eines im Erdgeschoss befindet und zum Poolbereich hin öffnet. Formelles Wohn- / Esszimmer mit separater Wohnküche. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein zusätzlicher Wohnbereich, der als Wohnzimmer / Spielzimmer / Bibliothek eingerichtet ist. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und umfangreich ausgestattet. Keramikfliesen in Foyer, Küche, Bad und Waschküche. Privater Pool mit Leinwand, ideal für die Unterhaltung von Familie und Freunden. Die Garage ist ein Spielzimmer mit Fußball, Billardtisch und vielem mehr. Der Legacy Park befindet sich in der Nähe von Einkaufszentren, Restaurants und ist nur 15 bis 30 Minuten von Disney, Universal und allen Wasserparks entfernt. True Talent All American Football getaway
We were in town for our sons All-American football game. This property was amazing! Everything was clean and the location was near all of the attractions. There is enough room in the house for everyone to have their own space. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. Communication was prompt with the host. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a seamless vacation. Mario was very quick to respond and answered all question. The house was clean,in a beautiful area and well stocked. There was enough room for us all to have our own space and still be together. We would definitely rent this house again when we come to visit our children who live in Kissimmee.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. There was more than enough space, the house had everything we could need, the host was very easy to contact, was super quick with responding. The house was centrally located in a great neighborhood and not a bad drive to Disney. I will definitely rebook!

Amazing Villa
We had a fabulous stay! Mario the owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, including during Hurricane Milton. The size of the villa was perfect for our family and the pool and games room were well used! We’ll definitely be back!

Its a beautiful home but encountered some little details. Pest control had to come out. The bottom kitchen cabinets have some water damage smells moldy. Cleanliness can be improved. Ammenities need to be improved, as I communicated this to the owner. He was responsive and easy to talk too. Looked like he was working on those details too bad we did have them for our stay. Overall pool was great and our stay was good. .

Requires Updating, poor cleanliness
Good points: location, area was quiet and the pool area private, contact with property manager/quick responses. We have stayed in Orlando on 14 occasions, using 11 different villas. This one was by far the worst for cleanliness and equipment. The photos supplied in VRBO were obviously old, there are solar panels on the roof which are obviously several years old, the photos from the site pre date the installation of these panels. Photos for all the following issues available. Pool area: required a jet wash & deep clean, pool furniture should be replaced as all the seats/loungers are filthy and have to be covered with towels prior to use. Trees at the rear overhang the frame and drop Leaves onto the netting which end up in the pool. Pool cover broken, fabric ripped.Pool itself is dirty, especially around the edges. Inside is dated & needs painting throughout. Stair area, bannisters are particularly bad. Area around shower and bath in the master ensuite is dirty, new sealant required. Moved the large plastic plant out of the main bedroom as it was covered with dust. I would suggest a users manual is provided for the TV and cable, we were unable to unmute the TV despite trying all the remotes. The sofa in the family area is uncomfortable as there is no support remaining in the cushions. We ended up watching TV upstairs next to the extremely noisy air conditioning Overall, I was extremely disappointed with our stay. I would not recommend this villa.

Disappointed with pool area
The lanai was dirty and stained and any reputabld property manager would not have let a property be rented out in that condition. It’s in desperate need of a jet wash. The metal pool furniture was rusty. The plastic pool furniture was covered in black (accumulated dirt or mold) and the cushions smelt so strongly of mildew/mold, they were unusable. The pool rim had mildew around its entire circumference and the pool had worms and other unidentifiable debris on the bottom on the day we arrived. The pool man did not arrive on the day he was scheduled (Tuesday). Inside the property it was okay, although I would highlight the following, which again I am surprised that the property manager did not pick up: tv in living room is permanently set at the loudest volume so it is not usable. Various lightbulbs throughout the property had blown. The aircon on the second floor is very loud. Sounds like a jet engine. The aircon in the master bedroom did not work that well probably due to a blocked filter? Not sure? Unfortunately you do not have the ability to upload photos on this site but I have them available if the host contacts us directly. On the positive side it is a nice large villa, perfect for families. Its needs a little TLC internally, but the location is very quiet and it’s a decent location for all the regular places families would visit in Orlando.

Overall it was a great stay. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. Pool and Hot Tub were great. Game room was a plus. Owner was very responsive to all our questions. Definitely would rent again.

Overall the property was as described. Great position, sun wise and privacy wise. Location was quiet and easy to access all amenities. When we arrived the pool was a mess due to winds blowing dust, seeds etc into pool. Was quickly rectified by Mario. He sent out techs to make adjustments and all was good. Mario was easy to communicate with and overall was great to deal with. Would surely work with Mario on future rentals.

Exceeded Expectations!!
We LOVED this property! Honestly, can’t say enough good things about it. Large, comfortable communal places (6 couches, at least). Huge kitchen with everything you’d need to cook. Love the water/ice dispenser on the fridge. Books and gaming system in main space off kitchen. Books upstairs by TV. Oh, and a TV in every room! Not that we used them much because of the fantastic pool and hot tub that’s very private. And the three main bedrooms (2 Kings upstairs, 1 Queen downstairs) all had their own bathrooms. We were in the Master and slept like babies in the comfy bed. We are hoping to get this place again, next year, same time!!

Perfect Orlando Getaway!
This house was perfect for our group! We had 2 families of 4 traveling together. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with king beds and attached bathrooms. Also 2 bedrooms with twin beds in each, which was perfect for the kids. There is another room with a queen bed downstairs that we didn’t even use. So plenty of space and could accommodate an even bigger group than ours. Mario, the owner, was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. He was very kind and easy to work with! The pool is very nice and backs up to a nature area so it feels very private with a great view. We enjoyed having our coffee outside in the mornings. It was an easy drive to the parks and a very restful home to come back too. The AC works great. It was always very cool in the house even on the hottest days. Very comfortable spacious home. We would definitely stay here again!

Superb space for our family of five.
Superb space for our family of five, everyone had their own space to do what they wanted. Great communal spaces for us to come together in and out of the house. The pool and hot tub were an absolute hit with all of us and where we spent most of our time. Dining outside also great. The sunset over the pool was a great sight every evening. A couple of minor issues cropped up during our stay, we contacted the owner the through the Vrbo app and they were dealt with swiftly by the owner, communication was really fast and efficient. The laundry facilities were outstanding, one piece of advice of your coming from the U.K., bring a few washing capsules with you. Kitchen facilities are good, there’s a huge range style cooker. Again, if you’re coming from the U.K., bring some tea and coffee with you, the stuff you get in the supermarket in the US is rubbish. Provided traffic isn’t too bad it’s about 30 mins drive to the Disney parks and about 45 mins to International Drive and Universal which is fine. We had a fantastic stay and would totally recommend the villa for a stay in Orlando.

Our quilting group gets together once or twice a year and comes to this area. We work on our quilting and shop the local quilt shops. This house had lots of room for setting up our stuff or just sitting around in a group and talking.

Great location. Clean house.
Good: Location was great. 5 bed and 4 bath are great for a large family or multiple families. Very clean. Plenty of towels, pots, pans, utensils, has everything you need. Improve: Traeger grill did not work (guessing a heating element is bad as it just would not heat up at all). Master bed upstairs needs the mattress replaced, it’s bowl shaped and just past it’s lifespan. Hot tub only heats up to luke warm. Overall though it was a great stay for us. Just work on a couple maintenance items referenced and this will be an easy five star property to stay in! We would definitely stay again in a future trip.

Amazing stay and communication
This property is incredible! Will definitely come back if we come to Florida again. Mario is super great at keeping in touch throughout your stay. The house is beautiful and exactly like the pictures. It had everything we could possibly need during our 12 day trip. The pool is perfect after the end of long days walking through the theme parks, which were conveniently only 30 minutes away. The check out process was super easy, and I would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Spacious but...lack of empathy from owner and outdated
We had several issues with the TV remotes; some were in the wrong rooms, some did not work, five remotes in the family room that did not even work for the cable. When we contacted the owner about the issues. He told us to change the batteries. We couldn't access the TV until we figured out that the remotes were placed in the wrong rooms four days later. We found blood stains on a comforter. The property manager had to come remove the comforter. The door keypad stopped working after 3 days. Maintenance was supposed to change the batteries however the next day the lock stopped working completely. We sat in our vehicle for almost 2 hours waiting to get into the house. We never received an apology from the owner or property manager. The day we were leaving 2 different maintenance guys came in as we were trying to clean, pack and load up. My sisters got stung 3 times by wasp and bees. There were several nest in the palm tree as you enter the property and a nest in the awning. Every issue we had the owner only complained about the property management instead of showing empathy to us! Will not book again.
