Ein luxuriöses zweistöckiges Haus auf einem sehr großen, sehr privaten, nach Südwesten ausgerichteten Naturschutzgrundstück. Ein 5 Schlafzimmer / 4. 5 Badezimmer-Poolhaus, das in den Dörfern des Vermächtnis-Parkviertels, in Davenport, FL gelegen ist. Geräumiger, offener Grundriss mit 3 Hauptschlafzimmern, von denen sich eines im Erdgeschoss befindet und zum Poolbereich hin öffnet. Formelles Wohn- / Esszimmer mit separater Wohnküche. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein zusätzlicher Wohnbereich, der als Wohnzimmer / Spielzimmer / Bibliothek eingerichtet ist. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und umfangreich ausgestattet. Keramikfliesen in Foyer, Küche, Bad und Waschküche. Privater Pool mit Leinwand, ideal für die Unterhaltung von Familie und Freunden. Die Garage ist ein Spielzimmer mit Fußball, Billardtisch und vielem mehr. Der Legacy Park befindet sich in der Nähe von Einkaufszentren, Restaurants und ist nur 15 bis 30 Minuten von Disney, Universal und allen Wasserparks entfernt. Great Vacation Rental
Overall it was a great stay. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. Pool and Hot Tub were great. Game room was a plus. Owner was very responsive to all our questions. Definitely would rent again.

Fam Jam get together
Overall the property was as described. Great position, sun wise and privacy wise. Location was quiet and easy to access all amenities. When we arrived the pool was a mess due to winds blowing dust, seeds etc into pool. Was quickly rectified by Mario. He sent out techs to make adjustments and all was good. Mario was easy to communicate with and overall was great to deal with. Would surely work with Mario on future rentals.

Exceeded Expectations!!
We LOVED this property! Honestly, can’t say enough good things about it. Large, comfortable communal places (6 couches, at least). Huge kitchen with everything you’d need to cook. Love the water/ice dispenser on the fridge. Books and gaming system in main space off kitchen. Books upstairs by TV. Oh, and a TV in every room! Not that we used them much because of the fantastic pool and hot tub that’s very private. And the three main bedrooms (2 Kings upstairs, 1 Queen downstairs) all had their own bathrooms. We were in the Master and slept like babies in the comfy bed. We are hoping to get this place again, next year, same time!!

Perfect Orlando Getaway!
This house was perfect for our group! We had 2 families of 4 traveling together. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with king beds and attached bathrooms. Also 2 bedrooms with twin beds in each, which was perfect for the kids. There is another room with a queen bed downstairs that we didn’t even use. So plenty of space and could accommodate an even bigger group than ours. Mario, the owner, was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. He was very kind and easy to work with! The pool is very nice and backs up to a nature area so it feels very private with a great view. We enjoyed having our coffee outside in the mornings. It was an easy drive to the parks and a very restful home to come back too. The AC works great. It was always very cool in the house even on the hottest days. Very comfortable spacious home. We would definitely stay here again!

Superb space for our family of five.
Superb space for our family of five, everyone had their own space to do what they wanted. Great communal spaces for us to come together in and out of the house. The pool and hot tub were an absolute hit with all of us and where we spent most of our time. Dining outside also great. The sunset over the pool was a great sight every evening. A couple of minor issues cropped up during our stay, we contacted the owner the through the Vrbo app and they were dealt with swiftly by the owner, communication was really fast and efficient. The laundry facilities were outstanding, one piece of advice of your coming from the U.K., bring a few washing capsules with you. Kitchen facilities are good, there’s a huge range style cooker. Again, if you’re coming from the U.K., bring some tea and coffee with you, the stuff you get in the supermarket in the US is rubbish. Provided traffic isn’t too bad it’s about 30 mins drive to the Disney parks and about 45 mins to International Drive and Universal which is fine. We had a fantastic stay and would totally recommend the villa for a stay in Orlando.

Quilting retreat
Our quilting group gets together once or twice a year and comes to this area. We work on our quilting and shop the local quilt shops. This house had lots of room for setting up our stuff or just sitting around in a group and talking.

Great location. Clean house.
Good: Location was great. 5 bed and 4 bath are great for a large family or multiple families. Very clean. Plenty of towels, pots, pans, utensils, has everything you need. Improve: Traeger grill did not work (guessing a heating element is bad as it just would not heat up at all). Master bed upstairs needs the mattress replaced, it’s bowl shaped and just past it’s lifespan. Hot tub only heats up to luke warm. Overall though it was a great stay for us. Just work on a couple maintenance items referenced and this will be an easy five star property to stay in! We would definitely stay again in a future trip.

Amazing stay and communication
This property is incredible! Will definitely come back if we come to Florida again. Mario is super great at keeping in touch throughout your stay. The house is beautiful and exactly like the pictures. It had everything we could possibly need during our 12 day trip. The pool is perfect after the end of long days walking through the theme parks, which were conveniently only 30 minutes away. The check out process was super easy, and I would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Spacious but...lack of empathy from owner and outdated
We had several issues with the TV remotes; some were in the wrong rooms, some did not work, five remotes in the family room that did not even work for the cable. When we contacted the owner about the issues. He told us to change the batteries. We couldn't access the TV until we figured out that the remotes were placed in the wrong rooms four days later. We found blood stains on a comforter. The property manager had to come remove the comforter. The door keypad stopped working after 3 days. Maintenance was supposed to change the batteries however the next day the lock stopped working completely. We sat in our vehicle for almost 2 hours waiting to get into the house. We never received an apology from the owner or property manager. The day we were leaving 2 different maintenance guys came in as we were trying to clean, pack and load up. My sisters got stung 3 times by wasp and bees. There were several nest in the palm tree as you enter the property and a nest in the awning. Every issue we had the owner only complained about the property management instead of showing empathy to us! Will not book again.

Oasis from the parks
This rental provided just what we were needing for our last hurrah @ Orlando & parks for your younger 2 kids (college), 2 of their friends, and 2 or our friends. A great respite and quiet central location for evening returns whether from the parks in Orlando areas, the east coast (2x), or the west coast(1x). The house sets on the corner of a neighborhood with a lower, drainage area/field bordering a state park(?). i.e. no backyard neighbors. There is plenty of shopping not far away for groceries, convenience store, and local ice cream places. Found a couple of good local restaurants when not making our own. Mario was pretty responsive and returned every question/message. Spacious place with 4 different areas for folks to find their own space when needed. Enjoyed the convenience, space, and the pool/hot tub combo every evening!

Amazing house & Amazing communication.
My family and i stayed at this property for our trip to Orlando celebrating my sons 3rd birthday. The house was beautiful, very clean & everything was exactly how pictured!! Mario was very fast at answering all my questions and amazing with communication. Check in was easy and fast. Overall my family and i had a great vacation and this house along with management really helped us feel like home. Will be booking this house for future trips!

We loved the location and the quite afternoons looking over the swamp in the distance during sunset. Treager was a great touch. Some of the maintenance items could have been fixed before we arrived. Carpet was pretty worn.

We enjoyed our stay but unfortunately lost a day of vacation due to a miscommunication between owner and property manager. The property was not cleaned and pool was not cleaned in-between the start of our rental and the previous renters. We arrived late in the evening to find the house completely dirty and not ready for a new rental. As a result our pool heat requests were also unaddressed by the owner and the pool was not heated. The owner was responsive and prompt in his replies but it took all day for the cleaners to be sent and for the issues to be rectified. The pool heat was not turned on until 3pm. We lost a day of our vacation as a result. We were definitely disappointed. We can say that once the issues were addressed, we did enjoy our stay.

Nice property but not great stay
Our code was given to the party coming after our stay so when I requested it from the manager he did not immediately respond. We sat in our car for almost 2 hours trying to connect with owner/Vrbo to get into the property. The pool was very nice and heated as described, unfortunately the first full day at the property was very windy and the screened in portion of the pool cover was ripped. The pool was full of leaves and one of the pool doors was broken, we had to find ribbon to tie the door to the grill to keep it closed with the wind. Maintenance did come out and fix the screen the next day but did not clean out the pool as I was told they would. Even after a second request to clean out the pool, it did not happen. Pool table was missing a ball, there wasn’t a ball that fit the foosball table and the air hockey table did not work well as the pads were missing from the strikers. We picked the property for the pool and the games to enjoy with the kids so we were a little disappointed. With a better maintenance company, it could be a very nice property to stay at.
