Very good for big parties
It is a perfect place for many people (large parties). Unfortunately we had to wait over 30 minutes passed our promised time for the host to call me back and open the door when we first arrived. The alarm chirping intermittently including overnight disrupted our peaceful time. Host was aware right away but did not address. The hot tub turned on but never got hot sadly.

Great stay
My family really enjoyed the home. Great location , great community overall was a wonderful and very spacious home. Only a couple things I will point out , We couldn’t get air hockey table to work or the tv in upstairs living room which may have been an issue with the remotes or batteries . Also the hot water in tub comes out very slow. Lastly we had a problem with the fridge getting cold but they sent someone come take a look. Overall i definitely would booked again.

Nice property We enjoyed our stay, place was clean property was nice looks just like the photos, communication with host was great, they kept in contact, I would definitely book again. Just a FYI if you have multiple cars do not park on the side in the street or your car will get towed,(MAX 5 CARS) overall everything was excellent

Air hockey table didn’t work. Foosball table rods kept coming out when being played. Pool sticks had no felt tips on them so hitting the ball would slip. There’s a community on other side of property when description said there’s none.

This Home was So PERFECT and BEAUTIFUL! It fit all 16 of us perfectly with plenty room left over to have great family games/fun. The resort is BEAUTIFUL! We will rebook and keep this one as our yearly vacation Florida home. They have Everything you will need in a home. I love how fast the management team gets back with you and answers all your questions quickly! You will NOT go wrong with this home. There is nothing negative that i can say about this home it just perfect and I stay in a lot of Verbo home and this is by far tha BEST! THANKS FOR HAVING ME AND MY FAMILY STAY IN YOUR BEAUTIFUL HOME!

Great vacation home
The house was clean, some scratches on the walls and the TV upstairs in the play area did not work at the same time as the TV in the living room downstairs, both TV could not be on at the same time but overall great house, pool was clean and communication with the owners was great.

Disappointed in lack of communication and transparency
Overall, the house is very nice. Big rooms, spacious living spaces, and clean all around. Downside, the pool sticks broken, air hockey was broken, and the heated pool was never able to be turned on by host even though it was promised to us several times. The communication was okay between us and them, but they never resolved our issues after reaching out 5+ times about the pool lacking heat. If they can fix these issues in the future, then they would easily get a 5 star review.

The house was very comfortable and worked well for our group of ten. Disappointed that the foosball and air hockey tables were broken and several other things in the house needed repairs. Pool was great to have access to and really fun for the kids .

Good but a lot of problems
The home was ok. The cleanest place I have stayed. There were issues with the game tables. Pool sticks broken (they brought by a new cue), fooseball table busred and airhocky table sounds like a jackhammer when turned on. I had an issue with the pool and jaccuzzi heating up for a day. The vrbo people were generally responsive. Overall it was not bad, but I would not stay in the same place.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. House was beautiful and we found everything to be clean. We had an absolute blast. Would recommend for a large group as there is plenty of seating. Plenty of space for the teenagers and children to give the adults privacy. If you are considering, go for it!

Wonderful family reunion home
Beautiful property, well-maintained and supplied with plenty of kitchen supplies & dishes. Any issues we had were minor& very quickly addressed by the owner. The community amenities (lazy River, pool and splash park) were lots of fun, and when it got crowded, we just came back to the house & enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The kids enjoyed the air hockey table the best, although the foosball and pool table provided lots of fun too! We brought games and activities too, and other than the community amenities we stayed at the house and just enjoyed our time together. We had 9 adults & 10 kids ages 2-12 attending our family reunion, and there was plenty of sleeping space, bathroom availability, seating, etc for everyone. We’ll be back for sure!
