The property was defiantly not brand new! The internet connection sucked!! Kitchen was not provisioned properly. Not enough room. Space was very tight. Not enough room to put clothes.

Our 4th trip to Vista Cay! Top notch clean! Necessities provided! Convenient to all amusements, food, entertainment of all kinds. Grocery store within walking distance! Pools, hot tub, drink and food bar right across the street! Heated pool with plenty of seating. So relaxing! Highly recommend!

New but this unit was near a busy road!
The property was clean and comfortable, bedrooms were on the small size and closets were also very small. Bathrooms were a nice size, but no hooks on back of doors or extra towel bars, also no place to hang a hand towel. This particular condo was in the front of the complex and on a very busy road which was quite noisy. The vent in guest bathroom did not work, they came to fix it and said it needed a new one but never returned to install it. The kitchen had no teaspoons but otherwise it was well stocked. Overall it was a decent property, close the restaurants and parks, at a reasonable price.

This is a great spot close to Universal, is great for families and was a good value. The hosts quickly resolved a problem that was out of their control and were extremely accommodating in making it right quickly. We’ll definitely stay here when we come back.

This place was as advertised! Had everything you need , very clean and great location. Check in was the only struggle as we had to ask for access details in lieu of them being issued to us at the check in time but the response was quick even with us arriving late

Perfect location to convention center
Less than a mile to Orange Co Convention Center. Executive style accommodations. Very nice pool, quiet and conveniently located next to Publix and a local diner that has amazing breakfast.

Great condo in amazing location
The condo and location meet all our needs. Everything was very close by including a great grocery store (Publix) and golf course. To be able to walk to get groceries 5 mins away was a huge plus. We played golf twice at the Rosen Shingle Golf course. Outstanding.

Universal dream
Property was in the perfect location for our universal trip! It was also walking distance to a Publix and other shops. We were able to check in early which was greatly appreciated. Upon check in there were a couple of minor issues that Paulo handled immediately. Communication with him was easy and he was quick to respond. Will stay there again.

Weekend Park Visit
The best thing about visiting this property was the communication with the owners and the convenience. The unit was on the 4th floor. The property itself was clean. The area is very quiet. It’s a short drive to parks, restaurants, and other entertainment. It also has Publix, Dunkin Donuts and a pretty good NY pizza place literally around the corner. All of the convenience of home with comfortable beds, washer and dryer, full kitchen, nice dining set, living area and outdoor space for hanging out, eating. There were only a few minor cons but I think it was just due to general wear and tear. The showers have a noise and springy sensation (when you step in, near the drain)that had me afraid to use them the first day but I got used to it. The toilets could use new seats(they were a bit loose). The main light in the master was not working well but the room was very well lit with the lamps. There was a smell in the hallway leading to the unit(likely the trash bins outside of units) but the unit itself smelled nice. The trash bin inside the unit has a piece sticking out of the bottom that seems like it shouldn’t be there but it works. Lastly, the elevator was giving Final Destination vibes but we got used to it after the first trip. It was clean and did the job. Overall, I would stay here again for a short trip with my immediate family. There was plenty of space, great communication with the owners and it is wonderful for convenience. Thank you.
