Schönes, geräumiges, komfortables Haus in Altamonte Springs. Sehr sauber .

Dieses Haus hat über 1700 qm und bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Master-Schlafzimmer als neues Doppelbett und ein separates Bad mit eigenem Eingang. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein neues Doppelbett für 2 Personen. Drittes Schlafzimmer hat 2 neue Einzelbetten. Das vierte Zimmer hat ein Futon aus Leder und wir können ein weiteres Einzelbett hinzufügen. Alle Betten haben hochwertige Bettwäsche.
Das Haus verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit offenem Schnitt, ein Esszimmer und eine Küche. Es hat eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, Heizung, zentrale A / C und Garage.
Dieses Haus ist so günstig gelegen. Sie können zum Strand, nach Daytona, in die Innenstadt von Orlando, ins Disney-Viertel oder auf die andere Straßenseite gehen, wo sich die Altamonte Mall und Cranes Quartier befinden. Sie können nachts ausgehen und eine lustige Zeit genießen, tanzen, essen oder einfach nur entspannen. Oder wenn Sie genug mit der Stadt haben, können Sie die Straße weniger als 2 Meilen weg zum Seminole Trail Head gehen, wo Sie entweder durch eine natürliche, geschlossene Fahrrad / Wanderweg gehen können, oder trainieren Sie mit der Vielzahl von Freizeitaktivitäten Aktivitäten wie Tennis, Basketball, Baseball und Racquetball.

Likely wouldn’t stay here again
The property manager was responsive and check in was easy. However, the property was not as clean as I would have liked. Also, in the description of the property it appears that there is another bedroom that is not present at the property. I thought I was getting 3 rooms with queens beds and a room with 2 twins plus a pull out. There were only 2 rooms with queen beds, a pull out (that didn’t have sheets with it so I had to call) and a room with 2 twins. There was also a terrible smell coming from the laundry room. The location was convenient. We only used the property to sleep as we have family nearby, but I would not stay here again.

Nice Little House for a Weekend Stay
The house was just what we needed to visit our oldest for the weekend. Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. House was tidy, and the kids enjoyed having their own space during the stay.

Great Hosts
Came with a delay from Hurricane Nicole at 3am in the morning. The hosts stocked the fridge with extras, left the lights on, brought over a generator and gas cook top when the power went out later in the morning, making the situation as best that could be. Luckily only without power 3 hours. House was clean and fresh.

Had a wonderful stay. Very easy to get everywhere. Had bbq available perfect for 4th holiday. Big beautiful home. Maybe another TV in the bedroom might help but besides that great place. Will come back for another stay.

Good location but very dirty
When we arrived, open the door, we noticed the floors were dirty and sewer bugs flying around. We called the host and he came right over. I ask for the home to be cleaned before we unloaded to stay. He claimed it was professionally cleaned but had been empty a couple weeks. We left for several hours to give the host the opportunity to clean. We returned back late to only find the floors partially cleaned but nothing else. The coffee pot and toaster were so dirty , not usable. We experienced roaches, silver fish and toilet bugs while there. Bugs and hair in the refrigerator. Dish washer and washing machine, dirty. All baseboards dusty and dirty. Light fixtures and fans dusty and not cleaned in a very long time. All the walls had splatter of some sort and dust caked on light switches and plug ins. We had to ask for wash clothes but host did not know what those were. He ask what size is a wash cloth? After describing wash cloths, the next day he did bring some. He was attentive to our calls but had no idea what a clean house should be. I pointed out everything to him when we checked out and he got frustrated and walked away. We would have left but there were no other places available on a holiday weekend . Our family member was seriously ill at a near by hospital the reason for our stay. Stuck and Very disappointed! Beware!

Great Location! Could be Cleaner
This property is in a great location and the host was a really nice person. It's not far from Orlando and is literally across the street from shopping center, a variety of restaurants, and an outdoor amphitheater. However, it could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. There was lots of dust in the blinds (literally fell off when opened), Kitchen window sill really dirty, and the outdoor patios were full of leaves, debris, algae/mold covered chairs, and an old gas grill with some type of insect hive in it. The location and getting together with family for the first time in almost three years due to the pandemic, more than made up for these issues. My family surprised me with seafood birthday boil and we enjoyed the live band and community karaoke at the Crane's Roost that Saturday as well, so we ultimately enjoyed our stay. Hopefully, these issues for this property will be addressed for the next renters.

Overall good stay. The house was spacious enough to accommodate our family and felt/smelled clean. We were greeted by James (our host) who lives in an adjacent property. Had some issues with the door lock (daily) and had some black mold concerns. James remedied an issue with beeping fire alarm quickly, so that was nice. Quiet neighborhood. Good location.

Exceptional stay!!
We had a very nice experience while staying in Altamonte Springs. The home was easy to get to and James was most accommodating. Our plans ran into a little snag on our end of things yet James assisted us it working through the situation and helped make our trip even more enjoyable. Clean, convenient, spacious and a great host
The property was great for a family of seven. Everything was clean and orderly. Parking was perfect. About 30 min from airport, 30 min to Universal and a nice walk to synagogue. The host, James, was easy to communicate with, brought us additional towels and made sure we had everything we needed, including additional linen. All my kids and my wife said that this property was perfect. Thank you, James. Five stars!

The first impression was wow.... it is really clean!
Our overall summary was that the house location was a huge plus along with cleanliness; the convinces of all the stores. What was sincerely special and rare was the outreach on behalf of the owners “absolutely genuine “. We were able to build around our personal taste within these living quarters. Which made our stay pleasant. This was a first for us in renting a home - we were definitely satisfied ! Thanks to: James and Rosa, the owners.

Home would have been a pleasant place to stay - if there had been heat
The house Is clean and pleasant. Unfortunately, the heating broke when we were there. When we arrived, the ehouse was at 67 degrees (colder in the bedrooms), but it was late so we all just went to bed. When I talked to James the next day, he said that the cleaning crew must not have set the temperature correctly. I reset it per his instructions and we left for the day to visit family. When we returned that night, the house was at 66 degrees. It was late but I left James a text message and spend a second night in the cold. The next day he brought us two space heaters which helped us sleep for a third night without heat, still, in the bedroom without a space heater it was cold. The next morning at 8:30, James came over with a repairman - waking us up. It was nice to have heat for the last two nights of the visit. but we like to sleep in on vacation. James did respond and get the heat fixed, but it was not much fun to stay in the house. Actually, my problems with this stay started before we arrived. I made the reservation without properly checking with all my relatives. One week later, I tried to cancel, but learned that I could not get a refund. It was my fault that I didn't read the contract closely, but still. I wanted to cancel it four months prior to our stay - plenty of time to get another renter for our week (Chrismas week). I would have happily paid a penalty but no refund at all seemed harsh to me. If you do book this rental, there is no turning back. I have stayed at two other Home away rentals and given five and four stars. Unfortunately, I cannot do so in this case.
