LOOKING for an incredible vacation home to rent? This is it! It has a Jurassic Park movie theater, an Avengers theme game room, 3 themed kids' bedrooms, kids playroom (under the stairs), and a private heated pool and spa (heating extra $) with a beautiful water view and plenty of seating for lounging and dining. PLUS, it's only a 5-minute walk to the Windsor At Westside clubhouse and water park. The large clubhouse has an exercise room, restaurant, bar and arcade. The water park has a large zero entry pool, a kids splash pool and a lazy river. There is also a volleyball court and tennis/pickle ball/basketball court. And, it's within 15-40 minutes from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, great restaurants and shopping, and the Orlando International Airport.

What a House!
From start to finish this was a great family trip. My Fiance' and I took a trip to get our kids together. House is perfect and every kid after a long day at the parks had the option to have their own room and bathroom. House was so clean, and inviting that it made the trip so amazing and all the kids wanted to do was continue to hang out in the movie theatre, pool area, and game room. Everything from start to finish was perfect and everything was labeled so clearly that you could easily turn on the theatre inside or out. Absolutely just loved this house.

Family Getaway
2 Families, 9 people total stayed for a week in early December, 2024. The house was just as pictured. Everything was clean and welcoming. Everyone was impressed with all the attention to detail. The outside area and pool was amazing. Everyone loved the outside movie screen and we watched a movie every night from the pool. Neighborhood was nice. We have stayed in similar communities in the past and we really enjoyed that this one was not crazy busy. It was very easy to get in and out and we had almost no neighbor activity our entire trip. We would definitely stay again.

The villa was very comfortable, clean and matched the description on the website. The villa was large enough to accommodate 11 of us with added extras of a pool, spa and movie theatre. The host was excellent and answered all our queries promptly and politely. A minro repair was carried out within 4 hours of us reporting it. The only downside was the noisy AC and pool equipment which affected us sleeping in the ground floor suite. Great villa and a great host.

5 Stars for Dream Catcher 7
We stayed 5 days in Dream Catcher 7. There were a total of 13 adults and one toddler. The house was spectacular. It was a 15-20 minute drive to Disney World, which was perfect. The house was immaculate. Some stayed at the house while the rest went to the parks. They took advantage of the perks of the house including the swimming pool and both movie theatres. There was plenty of seating for everyone to sit down for a meal. Keith was really easy to work with. We had to call for help with the indoor theatre and they responded within 15 minutes. The bedrooms were nicely decorated. Can't say enough about this property. Will definitely book with them again. Thank you!!

My family wanted to do a wonderful vacation in Orlando but we didn’t want to stay a hotel! We found this amazing property and it was everything we imagined and more! We all enjoyed the theater room, pool, the large living room area. The kids had a blast in the game room and there was plenty of space for everyone. Kids dream come true
Stayed here on a trip to go to Disney. It's about a 20 minute drive to the Parks. This house is any kids dream come true. My 5 year old was obsessed with the games and toys and the house is well-designed and a lot of fun. One of the cleanest properties we have ever rented.
