This newly-built gated community with resort-style amenities is located just past the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27. With a location that can't be beat near Orlando's world-class attractions, ample shopping, dining and entertainment. Plus resort-style amenities the whole family will love including a lazy river, mini-golf, arcade, fitness, sports courts, and more!

The first master suite, complete with a king-sized bed, offers direct access to the pool area through its luxurious bathroom, which includes a double sink, a shower, and a bathtub. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen.
Step into a galaxy of fun in the fully transformed Star Wars-themed game room, where immersive wall murals and glowing blue LED lights create an atmosphere that feels truly out of this world. This entertainment hub is perfect for guests of all ages, featuring a Ping Pong table, a foosball table, and a dual gaming station equipped with comfortable chairs and large monitors for endless arcade action.

Professionally cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. High-touch surfaces are meticulously disinfected, and fresh amenities such as new toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap are provided for your convenience upon arrival. Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are treated with professional disinfectants, and all linens are washed with bleach and soap and dried at high temperatures. Our cleaning team uses gloves and masks during the entire cleaning process, and a pre-arrival inspection ensures that all high-touch surfaces are sanitized once more. Every detail is attended to so that you can relax and enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.
* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $400. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.
* As Windsor Cay Resort is a new development, occasional construction activity may be present. If amenities are unavailable during your stay, access to a nearby resort with similar offerings will be provided.

During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire single-family home, including the private pool and spacious outdoor patio. The home features seven beautifully furnished bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, multiple living areas, and convenient in-home amenities like a washer and dryer.
As a guest, you’ll also enjoy access to all the exclusive Windsor Cay Resort amenities, including the resort-style water park, splash pad, fitness center, and clubhouse. The resort offers additional perks like a playground, sports courts, and picnic areas, providing plenty of entertainment options for everyone.
All areas of the property are available for your private use, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Gated community access and on-site parking are included for your convenience.

Our rental is conveniently situated close to Orlando's world-famous attractions. Walt Disney World is just a short drive away, making it easy to immerse yourself in the magic of Disney. Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other popular destinations are also within easy reach.
For your convenience, having a car is recommended to explore the area at your own pace. Rental cars are readily available at the airport and throughout the city. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also widely used and offer flexible transportation options.
The resort is located near major highways, providing easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Whether you're heading to theme parks, shopping outlets, or exploring local gems, getting around is straightforward and convenient.

- Pet Policies: we don’t accept pets of any kind. If you have a service animal please contact our reservations department for registration instructions.
- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. It serves as a precautionary measure to cover any potential damages incurred during your stay. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
- Additional Amenities: we provide options such as a BBQ Grill, Pool Heater, Baby Cribs, High Chairs, Strollers, Rollaway Beds, and Pack'n Plays. Please note that these amenities come with an additional cost, which is not included in your total reservation amount. If you wish to include any of these services, kindly let us know so we can arrange them and add the charges accordingly.
