All in all, our home is a perfect setting for an entire family to bond and make wonderful and magical memories together!

During the COVID, this is a perfect place to come and relax with family. We have setup an enhanced cleaning protocol for the guest's safety. You can set up your work station with FREE WIFI while the kids and family relaxes and enjoys the Pool/Spa, Themed Harry Potter and Frozen Rooms - both of which have changing LED lights with music. Your children will love this including the games room with Pool table, TV, Foosball table, Board games and more.

This luxurious 3354 square foot, open planned, seven bedroom villa is tastefully furnished to the highest standards. Your nearest neighbor is a nature park which gives you the poolside semi-privacy that is great to find. If you want to take a walk in the nature park, the path is just a 5 minute walk away. But if the wilderness seems too daunting, take comfort in the fact that there is plenty of shopping and restaurants just a 5 minute drive away.

Best of all it is located only THREE STOPLIGHTS TO DISNEY! It is the perfect place, after a full day at the park, to quickly come home and relax. You can sit back in the sun, or the shade of a lanai, by a screened private pool (the largest you will find in Emerald Island) and clear bubbling hot tub. In the evening there is an Incredible Game Room where you can play pool or foosball.

This villa features both formal and casual living rooms, with comfortable sofas in each area. You’ll also find TVs in all seven bedrooms to accommodate each of your guests. Welcome to spacious and beautiful Theme Roomed Mickey's Mansion which caters to everyone's needs. We have 6 Theme Bedrooms,

Convenient and spacious
Would recommend for a large group who needs easy access to Disney. We came for our child’s competition at ESPN and it was very convenient to get back and forth. Lots of room to spread out, newly updated bathrooms, pool access and quaint neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants were easily accessible and neighborhood was quiet.

The perfect house
Outside of it being just a little outdated, the house was perfect! We had 16 people and it accommodated everyone. We had a great time at the pool every night, and cooked everyday. What made the stay beyond perfect was the communication with the owner. Everything was explained in full detail, and she went above and beyond to make our stay even better by letting us check in extremely early because we drove 16hrs to get there, and got there a lot earlier than expected. Will always be grateful for that!

Amazing Family Vacation
This property and property management was amazing! There was 11 of us staying and we all had an amazing time. There was an incident with a leak and the property management was out ASAP to fix it, and questions or concerns during the entire stay was answered immediately. The property was very clean and spacious, the updates I would recommend would be a few of the mattesses could be replaced or a puffy mattress topper placed on them, because the springs can be felt through, and also place a handicap rails in the bathroom. My uncle has a bad knee and they would have been helpful. Overall the property was perfect and we will be looking forward to staying there again in the future.

A member of our family was shocked by a malfunctioning ceiling fan in the pool area. There was only 1 extra roll of toilet paper, no trash bags, dish soap, wash cloths, or dish cloths. The property was in a nice area, but during the week we stayed, there was construction in the back behind the pool area the entire time.

Good proximity to Disney World; responsive property manager
Overall we had a great stay. The house was spacious and accommodated our group of various families and kiddos well. Minna was very responsive when we had a couple questions about lights/fan operation and towels. Note: there were ample pool towels but most bathrooms didn’t have floor mats or face cloths/ hand towels. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and the check-in process through the HOA took 90 min. Waited in line in our car to get to the gate and then again indoors to register our vehicle. And every member of our party had to individually register their cars upon arrival. Once registered, it was fine and we had key cards and could easily get in and out. The first few nights we had pretty noisy neighbors; once they were gone we all slept well!

Excellent place to stay
This property was EVERYTHING and more it claimed to be!! The pictures did not do it justice! My 15 year old son and 18 year old daughter LOVED the room and privacy the place gave. As it was Florida we didn't think we would need the pool or spa heated however WE DID! We contacted the owner and the pool and spa were heated the very next day! This was our first time staying at a property like this and I have to tell you, i would do it all over again and probably will!

Mickey's Mansion is Perfect!!!!
We recently spent 10 days at Mickey's Mansion, an awesome house with plenty of room for all of us and so many amenities. House is exactly as pictures show! Pool area was nice and large for our group with plenty of seating and the covered area is nice if it does rain. Thankfully we didn't have anything more than a short sprinkle but it was nice to still be outside and play games under the covered part of the patio. We did pay for pool heat as we like it warm and it was perfect temperature (unlike many other places we have stayed) and the solar blanket was an added bonus which is much needed at this time of year! We enjoyed the amazing games room most nights and it was great to have the option of heat and air conditioning unit there when needed. We have stayed at other places where the garage is just to hot to use! We had to contact Jim for one small issue and he was on it right away, the property manager was on top of it also. I highly recommend Mickey's Mansion to everyone!!!! We will definitely book again when we return to the area.
