INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:
- We maintain the swimming pool and spa at 70 degrees. If you would like us to heat the pool warmer, please let us know 48 hours before your arrival so we can have the pool heated in time. We are happy to offer pool heat at a rate of $45/day or $225/week plus tax. (2 consecutive day minimum.)
- The base temperature of the spa is the same as the pool. Please note that the spa does not hold elevated temperatures like a therapeutic hot tub. Use the wall mounted egg timer to increase heat on spa. Just note that the egg timer only runs in 1-hour cycles, and it may take several cycles to affect heat spa.
- Guests are welcome to use the grill and fire pit free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.
- Kid friendly! Complimentary children’s amenities; 2 Pack N Plays, 2 strollers, 2 highchairs, and safety gate
- We provide free itinerary guides designed by locals for families or adults. You will be able to download them when you book with us.

Breathtaking house with an "at home" feeling! The house was gorgeous. I chose it because every room was themed, not just the kids rooms. I was a celebration of birthdays with the youngest turning 1 and the oldest 70. We had a blast!

Great Location!
We really liked the property and its close proximity to Disney world!. However, there were some concerns which the property manager was unable to resolve in a timely fashion. I hope they will take care of those items for the next fam to enjoy their vacay at the house fully.

Poor start with excellent service recovery
Poor Start: We arrived in the late afternoon to find the pool not heated as promised. The “wrong” WIFI password had been given us AND the upstairs air conditioning not working (THAT was terrible!). We fixed the first two issues ourselves - management sent a maintenance man (Mr Torres who was wonderful) he arrived at 9:00 pm and had to Freon charge the upstairs unit which worked fine afterwards) ALL of these issues were preventable if they had checked the property as I had specifically asked! Service Recovery: Mr Torres was great - fixed the HVAC within an hour! The house was a pleasure to stay in after that! Also,, the cleaning requirements were minimal (even though we’re pretty respectful tenants to begin with). All said- it was a great experience and we’d use the host again! The Gallick Family

Great stay!!
House is accurately listed on VRBO. Very clean, large and we never felt cramped. Close to all the Disney parks with easy routes that avoid the morning traffic. Theatre room is smaller than we thought and only sat 7 of us. There were two large bean bag options. We are movie fans so end of the night watching movies was a big deal for us but we managed. Highly recommend this house. Only issue we had were rowdy neighbors but security was quick to come. Houses in this neighborhood are very close together. We would return but we always pick different houses each year. Oh and property managers communication is stellar.

EXCELLENT
The house was excellent! The customer service was impeccable, always quick to respond and clarify all our questions. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary utensils, which made our stay even more comfortable. In addition, the location is great, with supermarkets and everything we needed nearby. The cleanliness of the house was also exceptional, everything was spotless upon our arrival. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and worry-free stay!

Wonderful Stay
This home is amazing! Every room is done beautifully, the pool area is great, kitchen had everything we needed, and communication with the management company was superior. It fit 22 people very comfortably. Great location to all the parks and anything else you may need. I highly recommend this house and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing House
We had an extended family vacation with 18 of us. The kids loved all the bedrooms, they were amazed at how well each rooms theme was created. They switched rooms almost every night so they could all sleep in each one. My youngest(4yrs) loved the pirate ship bed, she called that the first night and never gave it up. Pool and hot were clean and outdoor space was great. We spent a lot of time outside and enjoyed it. Kitchen/ living room area is large and open so the whole group could be in one area comfortably and talk. I would recommend and we plan on staying again in the future.

A dream come true!
Top-notch experience, polite and accurate communication combined with an elegant and well-located house. This property is beautiful and was able to accommodate our family of 20. Every member found a favorite room (Moana, Star Wars and Avatar were the top 3. It was hard to decide. They are all so fantastic). The house was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. (Everyone really enjoyed the Star Wars and Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes, the pool, the theater, hot tub, play room) The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located. Would absolutely recommend staying there! And we will come back for sure!

Super house!
We were 5 families that stayed in this house over Labor day weekend. The house was exactly as portrayed in the pictures, everything was in great condition. The rooms were amazingly decorated, kitchen was fully stocked, and everything worked. Great pool areas as well. Customer service was outstanding. The only issue we had was that 4 of the beds were for kids under 75 pounds which we were not aware of so we wound up having to place several mattresses on the floor. Apart from that nothing but great things to say…… We have been doing this trip for 15 years and this was the best house we have stayed in. Highly recommended!

This is the place to be in Kissimmee!!
My family and I (28 people) were amazed and wowed at this awesome property. The listed pictures do no justice for the details in each room. The host was very responsive and communicated very well with us. We were there for a full week to enjoy the nearby attractions, but we enjoyed the house and it’s amenities just as well. We will definitely book again!! Highly recommend!! Five stars!!

Incredible Home! Best we have ever stayed in!
Wow! The Great Escape is truly the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. We visit Kissimmee every year and this place was AMAZING! We enjoyed having all of our extended family together in one home- 28 of us! The rooms are themed more than you can imagine. Everybody loved playing in the Top Gun game room. Those custom cockpits with the X boxes were super fun for our kids. The adults all loved hanging out in the hot tub, pool and patio area. My daughter and her cousins enjoyed playing on the pirate ship in the loft. Each one of the kids screamed in delight when they saw their bedrooms. I loved all the details- it’s crazy cool. Honestly, the photos don’t really do this home justice. The kitchen has everything you’re going to need. We appreciated the coffee bar where my husband used the French Press and others used the Keurig. We opted to bring in food from the Encore restaurant one night and it was delicious. We enjoyed family time in house so much that we actually never went to the theme parks. (We have been many times and they are all nearby.) Vacation Alchemy is an exceptional host. I couldn’t believe how quickly they answered all our questions, and the house was immaculately clean. Now that we have discovered them, we will always make sure we have a VACATION ALCHEMY house. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for giving our family a vacation we will always remember.
