Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.

Great Family Stay
We had a really great stay! Our entire family of 13 (8 adults and 5 kids 12-16)enjoyed this property. The layout,decor,furnishings and pool were an immediate hit.The theater,game room, and pool were great gathering spaces each day of our stay. It was entertaining and relaxing all at the same time. We loved the privacy of being the last house on the end of the street and on the golf course, yet located on a property so close to Publix and other stores. We had everything we needed and the space to enjoy family without being crowded. The instructions throughout the house were very helpful. The beds have definitely hosted a good number of guests, but we were able to sleep well throughout the week. We look for cleanliness, comfort, space, layout, and location and this house checked all the boxes plus entertainment (it rained heavily on one of the days but it didn't phase us- just another reason to enjoy the house). We would highly recommend this house to anyone. We would love to thank the owners for so much care and attention to details invested in this house and for making it a great experience for guests.

Best Family Vacation Home!
We visited Florida for my daughter's cheer competition. For us, we wanted to find a large enough place for the family (11 people) to stay for 5 days but not in the normal parts of Orlando. This home was the perfect choice! First off the location is perfect. It's quiet and low-key but you are still close to everything. We were able to get to the Disney area in about 20-25 minutes. Publix is right up the street, Walmart/target is 13 minutes away. Everything you need is close by and you don't have to fight traffic to get there. As for the property everyone loved it. My three nephews loved the game room... my brother-in-law enjoyed being right on the golf course.. literally, there was a space that everybody could and did enjoy. The home was extremely clean and just as pictured. The home owners were very responsive with the one message I did send, but honestly, because of how everything was set up and the book that they left, we really didn't need anything lol. Overall, we were extremely happy and would definitely be back. I have nothing bad to say about my experience at all. Thank you for allowing us to create memories in your home.

Was a perfect location for a family vacation. Four families which included 7 grandchildren. Pool at the house was great and the community pool was a bonus and enjoyed. Have stayed in many VRBO and this was the best. The house being on a corner lot was nice for privacy and for the children to play outside. Highly recommend this home for a large party. Plenty of space.

This Property Checked All of the Boxes for a Great Family Stay
This property easily met all of our needs as a family of 12 with 9 adults, 2 children ages 6 and 8 and one infant aged 14 months. The location is perfect for easy access to the Disney parks, has a very convenient community center with lots of amenities for kids and adults including swimming (pool, splash pad, lazy river!), food, drinks, fitness, easy access to golf, and lots of on-the-property amenities such as a theater room, game, room, pool and hot tub and themed room that the kids (and adults!) loved. The home is well-stocked, clean and spacious with a appealing views. We chose this home for all of these advantages as well as the fact that it backs up to a golf course (not a "valley of lanais"), has an open space on one side for extra light and is at the end of a street with minimal traffic. The owner and property manager were very responsive to questions. All of this led to a superior vacation experience that we highly recommend!

Family Vacation 2023
Rented this property for a family of 14. The property was immaculate and the location was perfect. We had some minor hiccups but the property manager was so fast with their responses. Everything was beautiful and I don’t feel I could’ve picked a better property! The rooms were big, beds were very comfortable, the pool was thoroughly enjoyed. The only thing I could say to be conscious of is the theatre gets hot if you close the doors because that sun beats down on the front of the home where it’s located, so leave the door cracked if possible. But this is definitely a 5 star property!

We could not have asked for a better vacation rental! This home is beautifully decorated, just as pictured. Its very spacious and accommodated us perfectly for our family trip to Disney.The kitchen was well stocked with any and every appliance you need. It's conveniently located to a grocery store just 5minutes away.We had an issue with the lower level A/C unit but it was quickly taken care of without any hesitation from the host. Excellent property to Celebrate an 85th Birthday!!
This was a great location for four families to gather to celebrate our mom. Plenty of Space and lots of activities for all ages. The two master suites on the main floor were ideal and there was lots of space upstairs - including six bedrooms a living area AND a media room. We would definitely Stay here again. Thanks!
