Out of date, unclean, and unfriendly owner.
there are large cracks on the floors of this property, stains all over the celieng due to water damage, and the property was not properly cleaned. There were dead bugs stuck on the tops of the glasses in the cabinets, dirt in the tub and shower, garbage under the couch and beds. The pool was also full of dead bugs (expected for Florida) however there was no pool skimmer to clean it. There were also ants throughout the house which again is common for Florida. I contacted the property manager about my concerns with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the bugs in the pool without a skimmer. We decided to stay at this property despite it being unkept because it would be difficult to find another spot and move all of our belongings with three kids under four. The bed in the master bedroom was hard as a rock and makes loud noises every time you turn over. The stove stopped working three days before we were suppose to check out so we again contacted the property owner. We went out to eat and came home to a strong gas smell. The property manager didn’t know why this would happen but said we would need to leave the property until it was inspected. Turns out the property manager entered the property when we weren’t home and left the stove on for too long. The stove was also deemed unfixable. They offered to let us stay at another property but this too was dated and unclean. We explained this to property owner and he screamed at us over the phone. Had to find somewhere else to stay.

A nice house but needs work
The house was as the pictures showed. The garage door doesn’t open and has more than a two inch gap which invited critters into the garage. We had a critter in the ceiling for a couple of days which woke my daughter up from rummaging around. Pest control came in and said there was rat and mice droppings all over the garage floor and in the attic. I know Terminex was coming in the day we left so hopefully this issue will be rectified for the next guest. The kettle on the counter we could not use and should be replaced. The pool deck is damaged due to small ants that have been eating away leaving large cracks and holes.

Perfect stay will return
We had a great time at this location for 2 weeks, the house was clean and organized. Well stocked kitchen with lots of space, extra towels, blankets and bedding. Washer and dryer were clean and easy to use. Smart tvs and great satellite was a bonus. I loved the soaker tub in master bath. Some board games and toys for kids included. Pool was fabulous especially with pool heater during colder month. Excellent location- only minutes to grocery store, Wal-Mart, pharmacy and resturnats/fast food. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. A big shout out to the home owner for going above and beyond to accommodate us after another booking fell through last minute. The Communication was perfection, property manager was also very helpful and responsive. We look forward to renting this house again next year.

Brilliant stay

Lock box fell apart, sliding door to pool wouldn’t open, could not get bedroom tvs to work, bed in master bedroom was thin mattress on piece of plywood. Upon finding a cockroach, we departed after being there only two hours. Notified management office upon departure.

Enjoyed our stay!
Not a bad location! Perfect spacious getaway for us while we attended the cheerleading worlds championship! Shawn is very helpful and responded to all my questions & concerns! Just keep in mind you’ll need to purchase toilet paper dish soap and laundry soap which we learned is relatively common down south! Target is just around the corner so wasn’t a big deal :)

Everything worked fine and we enjoyed the heated pool. However this property is in dire need of new floors and definitely needs new carpet! The mop boards need cleaned and painted. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy.

Great stay!
This was a great stay for the 8 days we were in town. The property manager & owner was so quick to answer any questions we had. We loved the pool, neighbourhood felt safe and the house overall had a great amount of space for the 4 of us. Grocery store was nice and close so it was easy to pop out and grab anything you needed. Most attractions were about a 30 min drive from the house so you definitely need a car. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for everything!

Brilliant from start to finish
Shawn was brilliant from the moment we booked to stay in his home. The property itself was in great condition and looked exactly like the photos listed. It was both clean and tidy. The villa was spacious and our littleone loved the toy box provided. Tvs in each room were a bonus. Location was perfect to relax after a long day at the parks. Friendly quiet neighbourhood. If i needed anything the property manager was on hand. Nothing was an issue for them and our stay overall was first class. Looking forward to returning on our next trip to the USA.

Vacay rental house. just dont for your safety
Shawn was pleasant to deal with in the beginning. Once he got ur money and u got into the home, it was downhill from there. We told him about issues with the home. He said call the property manager. I did, heard a kid screaming in the back ground. She said shed see what she could do, then just hung up on me. No call back or anything. Reached out to the owner. He gave a little bit of attitude. I told him i was concerned about the safety of his home, he said i could leave if i didnt feel safe. Well after my hubby spent time on fixing the 2 doors(to the pool), fixing the spectrum tvs, master bedroom still has no sound when watching regular TV, and fixing the wifi. He was able to relax. We shouldnt have to spend any time fixing anything. Without the doors being able to open, it was a fire hazard. When i did laundry, i noticed the room was very warm, i ask hubby to check it out. He found the dryer vent was not vented outside. Causing lint from the dryer to blow into the room. Again FIRE HAZZARD. lint can very easily catch fire. His property manager was put on noticed. No response. She never even looked at the message. There is exposed wire hanging out of a light switch in the garage. Another safety issue. I tried reaching out to the owner but i must be blocked or he is just ignoring me. I was hoping he'd acknowledge my hubby for the work he done. Maintance came in when we weren't there. The window in the master bath fell out causing a bruise on the hubbys arm. Not fixed correctly
