The Resort
Windsor Hills Resort is a 24-hour secured gated community located less than 2 miles from the Main Gates of Walt Disney World. It offers safe and peaceful, luxurious accommodations with all the amenities you would expect from a five star resort, but without the resort fees.
The Clubhouse Complex offers a large lagoon style heated swimming pool, a multi-million dollar water park featuring dueling water slides and large splash zones, hot tub, 48 seat movie theater, fitness center, Foosball, air hockey, table tennis, pool tables, video arcade, sundry shop (convenience store) and video rentals. The outdoor activities include basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, a putting green, castle themed playground and even RV parking.

Disney trip
This condo is so nice! Clean and more than enough room for seven of us. Close to the pool as well. We liked the fact that it was close to all the Disney parks. Would definitely stay again but maybe not during a Hurricane!! We never lost power during the storm either. Great communication with the owner. Thank you April!

Great!
Almost nothing with this trip went as planned but thankfully we booked this wonderful place with April. I'm sure she was tired of me contacting her over the past couple of days but she was a great host. I had to reach out to her multiple times and she responded quickly, pleasantly clearly. Check in was easy and the security was helpful. The place was well designed and stocked with everything we needed. It was clean, quite and close to attractions. I just simply enjoyed staying here. Two Week family vacation
We had a great time staying here. The property is lovely and was perfect for us with a young family. The resort and pool area was good also for downtime. Communication with the owner was excellent, and she was always on hand before and during our stay to help with any questions or issues we had. We've just spent 2 weeks in Windsor Hills. The apartment is immaculately presented with absolutely everything we needed. There was ample space for our family of five. April was attentive and timely in her contact with us and I would without a doubt book this condo again.

Excellent Property
My family and I really enjoyed our time in Windsor Hills. April was a great host and her place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed as we spent our time going to parks and a volleyball tournament. April is super friendly and easy to work with… her condo is stocked with all the things we found ourselves needing/wanting to use! We would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves back in the Orlando area!!!

Beautiful and clean in Orlando!
We had a great stay at April’s property! We were in town for my daughter’s sports competition, and prefer to stay in a condo vs a hotel. The condo was updated, CLEAN (most important!), and convenient to the ESPN Wide World of Sports, where we had to be each day. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need if choosing to cook, the bathrooms had plenty of towels, the bedrooms extra blankets and pillows, and the beds were very comfortable. We used the pool twice, and my daughter loved the water slides. April was so helpful and communicative and it helped made our stay easy! 10/10 I would recommend this unit and stay again!

EXCELLENT LOCATION
Condo was spotless and just as pictured. I accompanied my husband and his friends on a golf weekend. Very comfortable and conveniently located. It was during spring break so there were a lot of families with small kids. Would definitely return, but would do it at a different time of year.

We stayed at the condo for our Christmas holiday. It was was equipped with everything we needed and was extremely clean! We had plenty of space and the location was fantastic. It was only a couple of miles from the Disney parks. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place
My wife and I can't describe how wonderful this property was and beneficial for our family. We loved every bit of the Thanksgiving trip because the location to the Disney parks, and the use of the pool area. The pool area was so nice, that my kids actually referred to it as a water park. For kids that don't get to swim much, they literally could have been out there each day if the weather had cooperated. I highly encourage anyone staying in the Disney area to give this place a try. I know my wife will want to come back to this place each time we visit Orlando.

Wonderful stay! Thanks April!
This condo was perfect for our eight night vacation. My son, his wife and three children and I were in town for a Disney vacation plus a day at Sea World. We paced ourselves doing two parks, a day off, two parks, a day off followed by a day at Sea World. April's condo was clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We spent our days off at the beautiful pool and water slide park. The Disney parks were very close as well as food shopping, Starbucks and Target. April was a friendly and very welcoming host. I highly recommend this property and have bookmarked it for future travel.

Pretty, well kept grounds, nice accommodations and great location!
Great space for our family of 8. Beds were comfy and rooms felt spacious. Perfect location for Disney! Our kiddos enjoyed the pool. We would have given a five star review had it not been for two things that were mainly resolved. First, we stayed in late summer when temps were in the 90’s, and had a little issue with the AC, which the host tended to promptly and sent someone out to look at it the first morning after checkin. We were able to control the AC after that, but it had a hard time keeping up in the later afternoon/evening hours. It felt cool by morning and manageable with the ceiling fans in every room. Second, the tile floors appeared clean, but had a sticky residue and left our feet black within minutes of walking on them. The host had the cleaners come out the next day and reclean the floors, which resolved the issue. Other than that the accommodations were great. The kitchen was well stocked. Ample space in the fridge/freezer. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Good supply of movies and games. The kids enjoyed a movie in their room from the bunk beds :) Overall we were happy with our stay.

Incredible place to stay when visiting Disney World
We had an absolutely wonderful at stay. The unit was immaculately clean and so comfortably furnished. We had plenty of space for two families - 4 adults and 4 kids. The unit is full of thoughtful amenities - dvds, board games and pool toys that made downtime from the Disney parks so much easier to manage with the kids. The highlight for our family were the included pool and mini- water park. The kids were over the moon about these and for them our days off from Disney were just as fun! The location is so close to the parks. And I must say April, our host, was fantastic. She was Incredibly responsive (responses within minutes) and very helpful answering questions and providing advice on our trip. My family and I highly r commend this place when considering a trip to Disney!
