Diese 2.100 Quadratmeter große Villa verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer / 3 Badezimmer mit einem übergroßen Pool und Spa, günstig in Hamlet in West Haven, einer Wohnanlage neben dem Champions Gate Golf Resort (2 Golfplätze) an der I-4, nur 5 Meilen (1 Ausgang) weg von I-4) zum Haupttor von Disney World. Die Villa verfügt über ein komplettes Paket an BBQ-Grill, Highspeed-Internet und ein Spielezimmer.

Mit 2.100 Quadratmetern Wohnfläche ist die Villa Hamlet sehr geräumig und hell. Dies ist auf die Decken der Kathedrale und die Erkerfenster zurückzuführen, die vom Hausbauer Nr. 1 - US Home - entworfen wurden. Es ist luxuriös eingerichtet und wunderschön von der professionellen Innenarchitektin gestaltet. Die Villa verfügt über zwei Haupt-En-Suiten mit einem eigenen großen Badezimmer, eines mit Kingsize-Bett und eines mit Queensize-Bett, zwei Gästezimmer mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten und einem Queensize-Schlafsofa. Holzboden in jedem Raum. Es bietet bequem Platz für 2 bis 10 Personen.

Der nach Südosten ausgerichtete Pool und das Spa bringen den ganzen Tag über die wunderschöne Sonne Floridas. Sowohl der Pool als auch das Spa können optional beheizt werden. Der Lanai ist vollständig abgeschirmt, um die Käfer draußen zu halten und den Sonnenschein hereinzulassen. Der Pool ist mit einem Kindersicherheitszaun und einem Tor ausgestattet.

Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen schönen separaten Speisesaal und eine Frühstücksecke. Telefone, Kabelfernseher, DVD, Videorecorder, Playstation 2, Radio / CD-Player im Familienzimmer. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Separate Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Hochstuhl, Kinderbett und Kinderwagen sind ebenfalls erhältlich. Hochgeschwindigkeitsinternet ist frei von Verbindung und Verwendung.

Die Garage für zwei Autos ist in ein helles, klimatisiertes Spielzimmer mit einem Billardtisch in Standardgröße, einem Tischfußball, Fußball und Airhockey umgewandelt.

Property needs updating. After travelling and renting in the Orlando area for 30+ years, this tops as one of the negative experiences my family has encounterd. Without going into details, the owner need to find a new management property agent. There was never a followup from an email or phone call after leaving a message. message. I willnaafolwitissues.

Our overall stay was great, the house had everything we needed so we only packed beach towels and our clothes. A couple of suggestions for the property are to place some mats outside on the tile because when it got wet it was EXTREMELY slippery, myself and kids all slipped atleast a couple times, I ended up putting some towels down to help. Also fix the sink sprayer or warn people not to use it and fix the pool and spa lights as they do not work, or at least we couldn't figure out how to turn them on or add some solar lights to the back porch to provide a little more lighting by the pool, we loved swimming at night but the lights would have been really nice. The screen around the pool has several holes which didn't create an issue but I was very concerned with creatures making their way inside but thankfully only little lizards/salamanders came in. A warning to people staying, bring extra toilet paper as they only give you one roll per bathroom and for a family of 6 that was not enough for 6-7 day stay. Neighborhood was very nice and we felt secure. Located near a lot of restaurants and stores and about 20-30 minutes from Disney which was nice! Beds were comfortable, spa heated up quickly which was nice for early mornings or after a long day of walking in Disney.

It was okay
Ann and Gary are very nice and the place was okay but it does really need a deep clean, and there’s no cleaning supplies to clean it. The pool costs extra to hear which we didn’t know based on the listing so something to be aware of. Location was great and it’s awesome you can bring pets!

Every neg. review on this property is true. Grill, pool, missing items, game room, filth, etc. (I'd go on, but 1500 char limit) My first issue with this property was about a broken coffee pot.. The mgmt company said they would bring one, but never came. After waiting the entire day, Then I contacted the owner, about their mgmt company not bringing the coffee pot, about cleaning, and other issues. They ignored the cleaniliness issue, and said if I wanted coffee bad enough, go buy a coffee maker and send them a reciept for reimbursement. When we found the bedbug bites on my child and after we searched the bedding, and found a bedbug, We called The mgmt company who attempted to gaslight my wife saying we that aren't allowed to call an exterminator, and that they "just couldn't" get someone out to the house, and we were unreasonable to expect someone to come out the day we found it. Then they made an email comment to "loop in" their mgmt company saying "oh, you found a bedbug? We don't know anything about bed bugs." I called a local exterminator myself. They came and found mature bedbugs and other blood stains and molts, because they know what to look for. This is shown in the quote that I had the exterminators copy to the owners and VRBO. The gall of these owners/mgmt to refuse to show up *at all* and address a bedbug issue and act like we were were unreasonable to expect them to show up to the property the day we found the bedbugs or address *any* issue. AVOID!!!

All you need for two weeks of relaxation!
This house has everything you need for any vacation! Mom got her jacuzzi going! The teenager got nice pool play! The toddler had cartoons on! Grown-ups shooting pool! Plenty of towels for the guests! All appliances working! One day at the parks, another relaxing by the pool! Definitely recommending! Thank you for having us!

Very outdated
This house was very dirty, dust all over the ceiling fans, hair balls everywhere, dryer lint wasn’t cleaned in who knows how long. Broken furniture that actually injured a member of my family, broken dishes, leather couches cut me. We went through a hurricane and neither the owner nor the property manager came by to make sure we where ok or even the house. Broken pool fence, no pool lights. Ceiling fans didn’t work. Broken outlets, holes in the wall from doors, broken tiles in the kitchen. Please this house needs a serious upgrade. I have even responded to email the owner sent about all the complaints never heard anything back. If anything breaks you are charged a fee for it. I wouldn’t stay here again nor with any property these owners own. Unless they did some serious upgrades. Beware!!!

Perfect space and location
Property was clean, NO bugs seen at the property as per a past comment. House is located on a gated community with stores and restaurants nearby. Disney parks were close by which made it a good drive, construction on roads were an issue but nothing that can anyone do on that matter. This house has 3 full restrooms which made it perfect to get dressed and going. Perfect number of towels provided and all I can say my bed was so comfortable.

Welcome to Goodwill. Hosts accept money, lie on the listing, don’t reply back once you check in.
Owners reply to emails only until check in. Multiple complaints. Owners never responded. Listing is a gross misrepresentation of the home. Rental management company states that the owners were out of the country and would return Wednesday a week ago. Multiple emails/calls were sent but no replies. Host asked that I pay for fees outside of the VRBO website. We refused. Furniture looks like old salvage. Redfin website shows same pics as VRBO from purchase 14+ years ago. Research Redfin for listed address. Additionally, there is no PlayStation as listed, no phone, drawers fall out of dressers, only a pool table that is about to fall apart in the garage (floor is extremely nasty) swimming pool area is filthy, water stinks. My MD friend was to join us (who has a pet). We paid the pet fee but she had to work at her hospital. We asked for a pet deposit refund before the expected arrival date. The owners never replied to refund us for the $150 pet fee. The pet was never there. I tried to post pictures or leave a website where I can be contacted for actual pics. VRBO made me remove them. I am very disgusted with our experience. These host have other properties under the names. Do not trust these hosts for honesty. No extra essentials, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a partial paper towel roll, nothing else. Cookware is dollar store worthy and bare minimum, grill is electric that cooks burgers fast but don’t expect a true barbecue experience, screens surrounding the pool need replaced. I recommend doing your homework before committing to these hosts.

Nice house with good location
The house was in a nice location and met our needs for size. The Driveway held two cars, so if you have more than two cars parking is a problem. Furniture in the living room was outdated and not in good shape. Shower curtain liners in bathrooms need to be replaced. Door to the pool area is in need of repair. very difficult to close. Everything else in the house met our needs and enjoyed the stay.

Nice Villa in need of some updating
Overall, we had a nice experience with this villa. While it is in a nice neighborhood with good security and quiet neighbors, some of the furnishings need attention. We called the property manager, and they are aware of the issues from previous renters. Not a bad rental at all, overall. Location-wise, if you’re going to Disney, this is perfect. But I’d say if you’re headed to Universal or Sea World, it’s a little bit of a hassle—not the villa’s problem at all, but just keep in mind that it will take 45-50 minutes to go the 11 miles to Universal due to Orlando area traffic.

Huge disappointment
I just checked out of the house today. The cleaning lady was there waiting for us to leave at 9:45, but the rest of the week I could not get a response from the property manager nor the owners regarding the inaccuracies in the rental description. Be advised. This home is in extreme disrepair. Dirt is able to come in through closed windows. Bugs arrive in the bathroom if you use the tub. There are no cleaning supplies beyond a broom and vacuum (we stayed a week and there was one trash bag, one roll of paper towels, two dishwasher pods) There were TWO bowls in the kitchen for use. I had to go out and buy bowls, a sponge and other cleaning supplies to be able to keep the kitchen operable for the week. I also had to drive home across the state to get our game system when we discovered there is none! The garage (which is not adequately vented to be described as air conditioned) contains a pool table. A single warped and unusable pool cue. And a foosball table. Not the air hockey we were so looking forward to. I asked about this immediately and also asked about the option to heat the spa since it was running but not warm and whoever returned the property management voicemail told me to call the owner (when there are notes everywhere saying not to contact owner but property management instead) and the owner responded with direction to contact the property management. I felt like I was in the middle of a scam, no one responded to my call except to say if I needed immediate assistance to call property manager. Which I did regarding the immediate need to heat the spa and received a run around. Upon arrival- a plumber arrived twenty minutes after our check in, and we immediately noticed the run down state of the home. There was an empty beer bottle on the pool deck, closet doors off their track, writing on the walls!,(not sure where the cleaning fee goes) dirty screens on the window, sliding door off track, a crusted and broken George foreman on the pool deck trying to be a grill, every ceiling fan was in need of some repair (screws to hold the fan blades off the light cover) the outlets by the bathroom sinks in the master be don’t work so I had to plug in my toothbrush and hairdryer in another room. Most of the outlet covers are either over tightened and cracking or loose- dangerous for use either way. (We have a lot of chargers and things we plug in for a week vacation. Having to identify working and safe outlets was not part of my idea of luxury home).
