A wonderful, spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom family villa located on the peaceful gated resort of Solana. It has a private pool & spa, and is conveniently located on the US27 in Davenport, it is close to Disney World (15-20 minute drive) and all other Orlando theme parks and popular tourist hotspots.
The resort facilities are a few minutes’ walk from here and include a swimming pool, 4000 sq/ft clubhouse, 18 hole mini golf, and fitness room and gym. Mickey Mouse and friends can be found at Disney World, just 15-20 minutes’ drive from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 25-30 minutes away. Harry Potter fans wanting to walk down Diagon Alley or experience a journey on Hogwarts Express can be at Universal Resorts in about 30 minutes. A wide selection of restaurants and take-aways, suitable for all tastes, budgets and appetites, can be found along the US192 which is 3 miles north of Solana. A smaller range of dining options is at Berry Town Center, 1 mile away, and this is where you will find your nearest Publix supermarket.
Living Accommodation - Located at rear of the property is a fantastic open plan living area, perfect for socialising. The living area is furnished with two sofas, two arm chairs and a large TV with multi-channel cable & DVD player. Off the living room are sliding patio doors leading on to the sun drenched pool deck. Next to the living area is the dining area which can comfortably sit 6 people, plus two people at the breakfast bar. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you are likely to need should you decide on making a meal for everybody.
Bedrooms - The first master bedroom has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and TV. This bathroom can also be accessed directly from the pool area.
The second master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with shower-over-bath.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin single beds, and are tastefully decorated to suit any holidaymaker.
There is a family bathroom, with shower-over-bath and toilet, which services bedrooms 3 & 4.
Outdoor Living - The pool deck area with private pool and spa, offers plenty of space for the whole family and has sunbeds and table and chairs under the covered lanai for some alfresco dining.
Pool Safety - This property has a pool fence which can be put up if required.
The separate Utility Area provides a large capacity Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. All linens and towels provided for your convenience. A pack-n-play crib is also available at no extra cost.
Solana Resort
Solana Resort is situated off Highway 27 (between the 192 and I4) and is approximately a 15-20 minute drive from Disney with easy access via the new toll road and the even newer Disney West Gate Entrance. Sea World, Universal Studios and The I Drive area attractions are approximately 25 minutes’ drive away. You are also only minutes from Berry Town Centre on US 27 which houses a Publix Supermarket, Applebee’s Bar and Grill as well as numerous other shops bars and restaurants.
