End lot on cul-de-sac, with pine tree farm adjacent which offers a beautiful and private view from the pool! Only 3 miles from Walt Disney World® Resort. Adjacent to the new Margaritaville Resort and the home is also walking distance to the "Island Grove Wine Company" and vineyard.

Perfect home base while visiting Disneyworld.
Clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We visited with my Family of 5 and my brother's family of 3. There was more room than we needed. Our kids really enjoyed the disney themed rooms, pool, and pool table. The A/C kept the place comfortable since we were visiting from Seattle and melting in the disneyworld heat/humidity. Everything was really well stocked including laundry detergent for the washer. The only thing I would recommend bringing from home are a couple extra garbage bags, the housekeeping service only left two for the week for a party of 8, and we ran out pretty quickly. Despite that minor inconvenience, I would definitely stay here again.

Very rommy. Comfortable. We really enjoyed the patio and pool. All the stores we needed was close by. I forgot to sign the box. We love the location of the house and it being in the cover sack was great. We would love to rent that same house AGAIN

Great Stay for a Group Trip to Orlando!
We used this property for a group trip to Orlando, particularly visiting Universal, and it was perfect for our needs! The kids (17-18yr) enjoyed the pool and hot tub and swam nearly non-stop. They also enjoyed using the theater room quite a bit. The house was clean and in good condition. Bedrooms are comfortable and adequate for varying rooming needs. The location is at the end of a neighborhood/cul-de-sac which adds some extra privacy. The neighborhood is very nice and felt secure. Check-in process was smooth and incredibly easy. Communication from the host in advance was very helpful and clear. Only minor complaint was no check-out instructions on-site or through email/VRBO inbox, but when I contacted the host they were immediately responsive. Travel to Universal was about 30-40min each way, depending on traffic, but an easy commute. Lots of food options in the nearby areas. If visiting the Orlando area again, I would definitely use this house, probably trying specifically to re-book this listing. A great experience!

Cozy and comfortable with lots of amenities!
We had a great stay at this property! It is very conveniently located close to all the Walt Disney World Parks. It was healing to use the jacuzzi and pool after a long day of walking at the Disney parks! The kids enjoyed the themed bedrooms, home theater, pool, popcorn, and the Pacman arcade. Highly recommend it, and I'd choose to stay here again on our next Disney-parks vacation.

The best stay ever with family! Tina was very responsive with any questions we had throughout the reservation and up to our stay. Always accommodating and even purchased a baby walker to add the many extras this home has to offer for families with littles. The description on the site is exactly what you will walk into. Home Away From Snow
We just departed our week long stay and were so sad to leave. Our home away from snow was absolutely everything we had hoped for and more!! The home is so spacious, clean, and very private. I appreciated how safe we felt and how attentive our host was. Upon check-in, I had a minor snafu that was totally on me. I texted Tina and she replied within seconds with a phone call walking me through some other details and was so reassuring to contact her if anything else came up. She was SO nice and accommodating and truly felt like we were home away from home. If you are looking for a spacious home to spend with your family, this one is it!!

Great Property in a Great Location
We had the best vacation at this home. The listing accurately reflected the amenities of the property and Tina was very responsive. The parks are very close, but be ready for the traffic that goes along with it. A few upgrades I might suggest - the mattresses were not the best and some of the pillows should just be disposed of. For the size of the home it would have been nice to have a bigger refrigerator. Finally, we couldn’t figure out the outside lighting, so we didn’t use the pool much after dark. We were able to use the hot tub at night though.

Property was everything you’d want to enjoy a Christmas break with family. They even put a tree up and decorated the house for that Christmas feel. We would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion I have is I think a grill would be awesome.
