This is a contemporary and completely renovated unit - 03 bedroom , 02 Bath condo. close to pool.
Located in front of New Universal Epic Universe and OC Convention Center.
No carpet.
Professionally cleaned and sanitized with extra precautions on disinfection to protect our guests.
Beautiful and modern master suite with a King size bed, and Roku TV.
Second bedroom with a Queen size bed, and Roku TV.
Third bedroom with 2 double / full beds and Roku TV.
Comfort living room with sofa bed.
Dinning room area with a dinning table and 4 chairs and a counter with 4 bar stools where you can enjoy breakfast with the family.
This condo can accommodate up to 10 people.
Portable crib , umbrella stroller and high chair available with no charge.

This location is great if you are visiting local theme parks or convention center activities. The only down side is walls are very thin so noise from outside and connected units is very easily heard.

Comfortable Condo
Stayed 8 nights with the family (6 adults) during January. Great location to either Disney or Universal. Has a new swimming pool complex within a 3 min walk to the unit which includes a couple of pools and a splash pad, along with a bar which has drinks and food. Plenty of parking. Would recommend if renting to bring 12 cup coffee filters, and basic spices/sugar (none in unit), perhaps a few pool towels (4 provided in unit). There is a Publix grocery store adjacent to complex, along with several restaurants. Main pool area across the street is under construction, which wasn’t an issue because closer pool and hot tub are nice. Unit has a washer and dryer, bring laundry detergent. Would recommend and stay here again. Overall a great place to stay.

Great place!
Cozy, clean, well decorated, great location! I really loved it there. There were a couple nights that I enjoyed the nearby hot tub while my 8 year old played in the heated pool. The Publix truly is only a walking distance away, as well as a couple spots to eat. I highly recommend taking a stroll to Beth’s Burger Bar. Universal Studios was the purpose of our stay and it was only a 10 min drive. I’d happily stay here the next time we come.

Universal Orlando Trip
We stayed here over thanksgiving to go to universal parks. Not only was the location great for use of the parks but it was very quiet and clean. Plenty of room. We had two pack N plays set up in the rooms with beds but. Still room to move around. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return for another trip!

Amazing Location
This location was so close to all of the amusement parks and places too see. The home itself is absolutely stunning and the pool is perfect for all age groups as it has a splash pad and two different pools on deep and one shallow. I definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Smaller Than Envisioned
We came to the area to visit family and attend a birthday event. Unlike many tourists who come to visit the theme parks, we actually spent time in the condo. There is one sofa which seats 4 and that is if you squeeze in. So to say this place comfortably houses 8-9 is untrue. If we wanted to watch something together like a movie, we had to use the less than comfortable dining chairs so we could enjoy time together. The guest tub was so clogged with hair (disgusting actually) that it would not drain until we pulled it out with a hanger. I called the Mgmt Co, they offered to send the cleaners back but we declined as we had already cleaned out the drain and the hair that was stuck on the bottom of the chairs and barstools ourselves and did not wish to have strangers in the unit while we were vacationing. Doors were not wiped down and had black marks all over them and and all of the base boards and corners in the house were in need of a good scrub with a magic eraser to remove the dust and dirt that had been collecting for some time. The grout is dark from ground in dirt but you can see in low traffic areas that it should be light in color. We left the place cleaner than when we arrived. The management company did agree to refund the cleaning fee so that was an attempt to make things better. The chairs in the lanai are worn and deteriorated. This would not be a bad place for 4 people but is not really large enough for 8 if you plan to spend a good amount of time there.

Great access to convention center
We stayed here for a volleyball tournament. It was very close to the convention center and had great access to the grocery store and some walkable restaurants. It was very handy for the odd hours one is forced to keep with travel sports. The place was clean and had most everything we needed. My only complaint would be that the air conditioning was limited to 73 degrees which is a bit too warm for me to sleep comfortably. However, we had other friends staying in another building at Vista Cay and they had the same restriction, so I assume it has something to do with the buildings, not with the host or this unit. Just something to be aware of if you are renting this during any of the hot months.
