„The house was perfect. All my family/friends that were in town to celebrate my son’s graduation from lineman college were able to stay in one place comfortably. The game room kept the teens occupied. It had all the necessary items needed for a comfortable stay. It felt very warm and welcoming. Due to the storm we weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful outside, but the view from the living room was nice. Thank you! “

„We had a couple of hiccups but the property manager got it taken care of fast. We were told fire place was gas but it was wood burning and the outside grill was a piece of junk and we weren’t able to do any grilling. It is a nice house and I would stay again. The staff were really nice.“

„Cute and quaint cabin that’s far enough away from the city to hear the river along with frogs at night; but close enough that if you forgot something in town it’s a scenic 20 min drive to go get whatever you need. Bedding was fantastic, felt like we were in a 5 star hotel alongside the Couple Jet Tub. Lovely property that you can walk around during the day if you wanna stay in but still explore. Can’t wait to book our next vacation in the summer so we can enjoy all the river has to offer! “

„My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. Roberta went out of her way to replace the packnplay that was provided at the property to provide a safer one and that was greatly appreciated. Some of the sleepers aren’t in the best conditions, but aside from that, I highly recommend staying here!“

„It was a beautiful outdoor property but the roof leaked downstairs from the jet tub so wasn't the first time because of the rusty water that was leaking they said they had a family crib but didn't out that it had to be requested and told us we won't get one i would be cautious of them “

„I've been reserving this property weekly for awhile now for my forestry crew, and they've been very comfortable. It's been the nicest place they've stayed yet. “

„This house suited our needs perfectly during our niece’s wedding weekend. It was comfortable, spacious, and easy to find. The drive into Chico was easy. Jenny was accommodating and we didn’t have a single issue. “

Wir haben die Zeit genossen und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett. Die kontaktlose Übergabe war klasse! Wir würden wieder hierher kommen. Da der Ort vor einigen Jahren komplett abgebrannt war, ist es schön zu sehen, dass der Ort wieder zum Leben erweckt.“
