-No pet as well as no service dog is allowed because my daughter has allergy.
-No extra guest is allowed for any circumstances.
-Guests are expected to do their own dishes
-Do not conduct business in or on property premises
-No smoking or marijuana in or on property
-Noise after 10 pm is not advisable due to the quiet neighborhood
-No party in any circumstances.
The home is perfect for Business Travelers, Individuals, couples, up to 4 adults max with relaxation in mind.

Guest access
Guest gets the entire basement suite and one parking spot on the driveway.
The garden is reserved for the main floor guests.
Guest can use foyer, 1 one bed room with 1 double bed and 1 twin bed, TV. Another room has 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, chair-table, TV.
Dinning area has table and chairs. 1 washroom, 1 kitchenette.
The Guest suite is completely private.
Guest access Guest will receive lock-box code for self check in.
Each Guest need to provide Government Issued ID with clear photo on it and written in English before checked in.
Early check-in may only be arranged if available for a fee of $35/hr.
Other things to note
We respond promptly to messages through the Airbnb only.
Our goal is to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, so please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or if any issues arise.
Quite zone 10 pm to 9 am.
One parking spot reserved for the Airbnb and map will send with the check in instructions.
Visitors must park there cars at the curb side all the time. The neighborhood is so quiet.
Party, loud sound, loud music, loud TV are not allowed.
✘ Your stay will be in the private basement apartment of our duplex house. You might occasionally hear them walking, talking etc. As legally finished, the unit has as much insulation as possible, however the unit is not suitable for those very sensitive to the noise.
✘ The height of the unit is 6 ft and 6 inches in most areas as required by a legal basement unit.
✘ No parties allowed.
✘ No smoking on the property, including at the front of the house. Hosts will charge $500 if traces of smoking are found on premise or within the suite.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: -
Check out is at 10 am. Late check out is not permitted. You will incur a fee of $50 per hour starting at 10:15 PM and every hour thereafter.
- Throw out all unwanted food from the fridge, cabinets and containers.
- Make sure all garbage is in the trash can provided. Please do not leave trash on the floors, beds, counters or living room space.
- Turn off all lights and close all windows if you open any
- Please Inform host of departure.
