I was very dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel in Oslo and cannot recommend it at all. Here is a summary of my experience:
The parking garage is a disaster. There are only a few spaces, and they are too small even for compact cars. On top of that, the price of 450 SEK per day is outrageous.
The check-in process was extremely slow. Only one of three counters was staffed, despite several guests waiting in line.
The entire hotel, including the rooms, is very old. It smells musty, and the facilities are outdated.
There were no bathrobes or slippers in the room, which should be standard in a hotel of this category.
The bar on the 21st floor was closed, which was very disappointing since it is prominently advertised by the hotel.
The shampoo in the bathroom was empty upon arrival. It was refilled the next day, but such things should be checked in advance.
The breakfast was disappointing. The selection was neither varied nor tasty.
Overall, my stay was a complete letdown. The hotel offers neither comfort nor service to justify the high price. I will definitely choose a different hotel for my next visit to Oslo.
