Beautiful waterfront condo in the heart of wine country with private beach and dock. Gorgeous views of Osoyoos lake. Walking distance to town and amenities. Private resort like building suitable for couples and families. Osoyoos is exempt from the BC Gov't short term rental restrictions so you can book with confidence.
Start your day on the patio with a coffee and a stunning view of Osoyoos lake. Later enjoy some time poolside, or perhaps down at the private lakefront beach or enjoying many of the local activities (watersports, golf, biking, fishing, wine tours or a simple wander around beautiful Osoyoos)
Fully stocked suite has all you need for an enjoying a stress free vacation.
The suite is located within the La Mirada condo complex offering easy access to the suite, a beautiful salt water outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, elevator, gated underground parking and a great private sandy beach and grassy area for family enjoyment down by the lake.
Bring your boat (see moorage comment below), paddle boards, bikes, golf clubs and a love of wine to enjoy some of many activities right outside your door in Osoyoos.
La Mirada is within walking distance of the town of Osoyoos and several wonderful local restaurants.
Boat moorage is not a guaranteed part of the rental. If dock is unavailable there is room to anchor close to the La Mirada beach. At high season it can be very busy for boats but everyone tends to work well with each other to make room.

The condo is exactly like the pictures. Very clean, organized, and well stocked with nice dishes, cutlery, appliances, and basically anything one would need during their stay. Had a nice welcome gift waiting for us upon our arrival which was a really nice touch. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Luxurious Family Get Away Right On The Lake
This property is epic! Quiet neighbourhood, gorgeous views, lake access at your doorstep, luxurious decor and furnishings, plenty of storage for water toys (kayak / SUP etc), delightful and helpful hosts, huge suite with great layout. We are a family of 5 and will definitely be back next summer.

Stunning Lakefront Luxury Suite in Quiet Neighbourhood
Steve & Leah are fabulous hosts! Our stay (5 adults) at this stunning lakefront luxury suite in a quite neighbourhood of Osoyoos was one for the books and we would love to come back next summer. Location - The building is a short walk / drive to main street / downtown Osoyoos, right on the lakefront, located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Suite - This is a stunning luxurious unit with all of the amenities and tasteful touches needed for a long term stay. The decor is gorgeous and cozy. Bonus: you have access to a secured locked large storage room that fit our 3 SUP's and a kayak. The suite is large with a very functional layout, and didn't feel cramped for our family visit with 5 adults. Building - La Mirada is a creatively architect building that has a small number of units, with a staggered layout so each has great views of the lake. The building has a private beach front with lakeside access only a few steps away. The pool and hot tub area are lovely. Thank you Steve & Leah!

We had a great week at this property. We had two families of 3 and had plenty of room. The owners thought of everything families could need for their stay. The view of the lake is amazing - none of us will ever get tired of it. The balcony oversees the pool. The small private beach is a nice bonus.

Inside the condo, we were delighted to find a fully stocked suite. Steve and Leah have thought of every detail to make your stay effortless and enjoyable. The highlight for us? Those incredibly comfortable beds that provided the perfect sanctuary for restful nights after our adventures. For families, the separate four-bunk bedroom for the kids was an absolute game-changer. It's like they had their own secret hideaway, leaving the rest of the space for the adults to enjoy in peace. What truly sets this vacation home apart is the warm hospitality of Steve and Leah. Their personal touch and attention to detail made us feel right at home. They were always just a text away for any questions or recommendations, ensuring we made the most of our time in this beautiful destination.
