Unique Lakeside Gem - Walk everywhere!

This is a newly renovated property, with a private street entrance across from Gyro beach, on Osoyoos lake. If location and comfort is important - you won’t be disappointed! It’s modern and fully equipped, with lake views in a unique urban commercially zoned building. Walk to all shops and beaches, restaurants, pubs and even the local brewery. All new furniture, and mattresses, with everything needed. You wont need a car for your daily needs, but we suggest it for checking out all the award winning wineries close by. 😊 Snowbird monthly rates are available from October to April.

We love travelling and have used VRBO all over the world. From that experience we found that when it comes to our own properties in Canada and Europe - location, cleanliness, and comfort are key.

The entrance is on the main floor, with stairs up to the main living space. Our property has a street entrance and no one is above or on either side. Each room has its own remote controlled AC, so you have complete control of the temperature. The living room has a new sofa bed, with a proper queen size mattress. The kitchen is very spacious and has seating for 6, and is fully equipped. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the master bedroom has a queen bed with a private master bathroom. Because of the stairs, please note that our property is not wheelchair, bike or stroller friendly. Also, there is no Outdoor BBQ on our property, but right across the street has lots of picnic tables and BBQ is allowed. We also do not allow parties or large groups. And sadly no pets, due to severe allergies.
