„This is an older property so the rooms are spacious. The house suited our needs. Everything is on one level. Great for our toddler and our grandmother with her walker. The small pool was fun for our little guy and we really appreciated the net barrier to dissuade him from jumping in the pool at other times. We had some minor issues and the management company was very responsive even though it was Christmas. The house was super clean, the kitchen was set up for basic meals for a large group. ...

„Special shout out for Olivia the property manager. She responded to our questions quickly, efficiently and in a friendly way. The house is “old Florida” but has been nicely updated. It’s in a good location just a couple of blocks from Tamiami Trail. My friend and I played golf at 4 different courses in Venice, Nokomis, and Sarasota and got to all of them in 20 minutes or less. “

„Comfortable clean space, nicely appointed, with decent kitchen and large lanai. But realize the pool is NOT heated, rendering it useless December thru mid March. The hot tub leaks so it can only be filled enough to warm your legs and seat. Pool guy says it’s been that way for a long time. AC doesn’t work, coffee maker leaks, and some chairs can’t be safely used due to wobbly or broken legs.“
