TV worked well. Pillows were plenty and puffy. The breakfast area was spotless and well stocked. „We had switched over to the Best Western late at night after a dismal start at the Hampton Inn. Hope met us at the front desk and was absolutely superb! So friendly and had us laughing in no time at all! What a wonderful way to end our evening. When we walked into the hotel it was bright, airy, and smelled clean.
