„Mischung aus Studentenheim und Hotel. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. WLAN läuft problemlos. Das Personal ist top und wirklich bestrebt dem Gast einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Auch die Hilfsbereitschaft ist sehr löblich. Das Hotel ist auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Bahnhaltestelle Bologna San Vitale ist nur 4 Gehminuten entfernt. Uns hat es gefallen. “

„Wir waren zwei Nächte im Standard-Doppelzimmer. Das Zimmer war geräumig und für die zwei Nächte passend - es war jedoch schon ein bisschen heruntergewohnt und könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Hotel liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, jedoch hat man den Straßenlärm bei geschlossenen Fenstern wirklich gar nicht wahrgenommen. Im Inneren ist das Hotel etwas hellhöriger, sodass man es hört, wenn die Türen der anderen Zimmer geschlossen ...

„ The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work ...

Suggerirei alla proprietà di dotare la cucina di un welcome kit soprattutto con l'acqua e volendo beni di prima necessità come sale e olio o qualcosa per la prima colazione (oltre alle capsule di caffè presenti). “

„Location was really really nice in a residential area surrounded by typical Italian buildings. Loved it after the hectic old town. The apartment has only two rooms and that’s it. We were 5 of us. The kitchen is good, however the chairs are not so comfortable. Also there would be nice to have a seating area and not have the convertible small beds as beds all the time. Nevertheless it was a really nice place. Would recommend it. “

L'ho scelto perché mi ha permesso di parcheggiare senza ulteriori spese, perché ha tanti posti letto e ogni ospite può avere la sua privacy.
