„The cottage is great is located in a wonderful place near the Little Tennessee river with private Falls. It had a special place to have a campfire and just nice and cozy away from everything. The host and hostess were great. They live next-door, but we’re very available when needed for questions and left a sweet surprises on our arrival. We would recommend this place to anyone.“

„The property was cozy and clean. We especially enjoyed the wood burning stove, hot tub and magnificent view of the creek below. Additionally, the cottage which felt very private and removed from the hustle and bustle of “town” was actually conveniently located just 5 minutes away from Dillard, 20 from Franklin and 15 from Clayton.“

Smokey mountains Cherokee visiting center is 1 hour drive. Wonderful experience seeing Elk, old farmhouse buildings, clean bathrooms and gift shop.
