„Die Unterkunft hat Residences / Wohnungen und ist somit kein Hotel. Es gibt kein Frühstück im Haus, das Dinner Restaurant war geschlossen an allen Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes. Tägliches Zimmerservice nur für zusätzlich 100$ pro Tag. Somit keine frischen Handtücher........Keine Minibar im Zimmer und eine dürftige Infrastruktur - minimarkt - ca 10min Fussmarsch. plus der Strand aber auch hier keinerlei Service am Strand die Zimmerausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen“

„NOT a resort. But, a wonderful location with beautiful views. Bring your own foodstuffs. Including salt and pepper…not going to find it here. WiFi was intermittent, power went off our first day here for three hours. Very close to Governor’s Harbour and GH airport.“

„This is a gorgeous house with spectacular grounds! Amazing beach location! The Padel court was a hit with our court playing group of older teen boys and dads. Everything was well equipped and the property manager was very helpful.“

She tried to solve all issues during our stay ( which is not always easy from distance ) Her local team is very reliable and especially Cleo made a real difference for us! „This house a a dream! We’ve stayed in Exuma several times and never had a house as accommodating as The Addison House! The house came fully stocked with beach towels, sunscreens, speaker, ice chests, custom yeti cups, multiple phone chargers, full size shampoo/conditioner, everything you could think of. „We have stayed at Palmetto Cottage 2 years in a row. It is a beautiful property in a fabulous location. It is homey, has central AC, if needed, and lots of kitchen goods for cooking meals. Both the inside living space and the porch were great for sitting and relaxing. The sandbar and beach are stunning. “

"Das Hotel gehört zu den besten Hotels der Insel. Leider kann man Frühstück oder Abendessen nicht vorab buchen. Wir hätten es als angenehm empfunden, wenn man zwanglos an den Frühstückstisch hätte gehen können. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig vom Ort. Zum Strand gejt msn 10 Minuten. Der Pink Beach ist einer der schönsten Strände der Bahamas. Leider gibt es keine Toilettenanlagen in Strandnähe. Es ist traumhaft, am weißen/rosanen Strand zu liegen und den Wellen zu lauschen. Leider waren wir vor Beginn der Saison da. Somit war das Angebot an Ausflügen zu anderen Stränden oder zu Schnorchelgründen etwas eingeschänkt. Wir hätten uns auch gewünscht, wenn man täglich eine Flasche Wasser aufs Zimmer bekommen hätte. Bei Hotels dieser Preisklasse ist das eigentlich üblich."
