LOVE this condo and the amenities of APB.... just needs a little attention to detail. “

„Wonderful stay! Awesome property! Perfectly clean! Would give it 10 stars if that were an option. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a marvelous stay. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic view. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the pelicans, cormorants, and gulls as well as the jumping mullet. Mike is an excellent host! This is our second time staying at Mariner's Terrace. Definitely would stay again. “

„Die Wohnung war sehr schön, leider gab es ein paar Dinge die nicht funktionierten. Der Fan im Wohnzimmer, dazu war die Klimaanlage der Nachbarwohnung sehr laut , was wir dann bei uns im Schlafzimmer gehört haben und uns sehr gestört hat. Und oft sind Hunde mit ihren Besitzern an unserem Schlafzimmer Fenster spazieren gegangen.“

„This condo was exactly as advertised. No surprises. We chose it because the balcony faces a more southerly direction. It has sunlight most of the day and blocks colder winds coming from the north. That is important for a Fall stay. Still had a great view and we enjoyed our time in Nags Head. “

„I travel in hotels and short term stays about 15-20 nights a year.... not a jaded road warrior, but not someone with unrealistically high expectations either. The location was exactly as described, and the unit was pretty much as described.... The outside areas were recently renovated, in very good shape in the hallways and balcony. A bit surprised to find an old school drip coffee maker instead of the usual K cup machine, but not an issue. The furniture was functional but worn... Everything ...
