„I booked this for my elderly Mom and her adult granddaughter who were in town for the holidays and also awaiting a January 1 move in to a new apartment. Fidelis was attentive, kind, and responded quickly to any issues in the property. The place itself was truly like home away from home and convenient to stores, shopping and public transportation. „Easy check in, very clean and well stocked with everything needed. I was visiting my daughter at UMass who had to have knee surgery. There was lots of space for her to get around. It was also close to the University which was important for us as well.“
