„Very clean and comfortable and walkable to the beach however not much in the way of amenities in the area. Pacific beach is pretty economically depressed and run down. Hosts were top notch. Home very tidy and well equipped. No view of beach or sounds of surf and neighbors look staight at the hot tub area so not private but felt great after clam digging in 34 degree weather. Family enjoyed themselves. “

„The owner of property has made every effort to assure your comfort. Details are carefully thought out, from the warm fir floors, the nice silverware and kitchen appliances (nothing from Walmart here) to the luxurious towels—you'll be well taken care of. We’d easily stay here again. “

„My daughter and I booked just one day before the trip… host immediately contacted to tell us how excited he was for our stay. All communication was flawless. Host even allowed us to check in early, which helped a ton. The house is exactly like the photos, so cute and clean on the inside! Hot tub was fantastic and clean. Definitely coming back!!!!!!“

„Clean, well stocked, great beds, well priced, & good location - we really enjoyed this property for a couple late December clam digging nights. TV usage & loads of board games were a nice bonus. Easy to get to, very near beach access, and a quick drive into Seabrook, if interested. Would highly recommend & would stay again.“

Well appointed kitchen, lots of appliances, tools, etc. Enjoyed the stormy weather by the fireplace upstairs. Living room had lots of books and games. „Sandy’s Pacific Beach House was a fantastic place for a winter getaway, and would be perfect for the summer as well. Spacious with a beautiful view and lots to do. We loved the game room and the giant dining table - room for puzzles and eating! The furniture was comfy for everyone and the house was super clean. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach during breaks in the rain and cozy fireplace when we returned. “

„The Sandcastle house was clean and inviting. It was well stocked with dishwasher soaps, paper towels, and trash bags. There were plenty of extra blankets for the night and plenty of beach towels for the hot tub. The hot tub fits 6 teens very well. The kitchen had a large crockpot that I used to serve hot apple cider. The laundry unit in the house was amply stocked with washer pods but I did not see any dryer sheets. I loved the master bedroom with the door to a balcony with table set to sit ...
