Back at your home base, hop into the full kitchen to curb appetites with a tasty meal. As delicious smells fill the air, cozy up with a book by the woodstove and relax in this serene setting. Bring a glass of wine out to the deck and watch the sunset before gathering for a movie night, having a soak in the hot tub, or retreating to one of the five bedrooms including a double sofa bed in the living area. Perched a block from the sand, this home will be just the place for beach-goers to get their fill of sandy toes and crashing waves! When you want to venture out a bit, you can check out the adorable eateries nearby in Seabrook and Highland Heights, such as Surf House Cafe and Seagate Restaurant & Lounge! For a day trip, take a scenic drive down the coast and pop into the various coastal towns that each boast charming streets with local shops and restaurants.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great House and Location
We had a great Thanksgiving at this big and comfortable house. Good size bedrooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked and living area has a beautiful view of the beach/waves. Made our razor clamming adventure easy with the beach just steps away. Great location making our Pacific Beach stay fun and easy.

The place was above expectation. The amenities were great all the way. The place has way more amenities than listed. The home is right across from the state park, for easy access to the beach The deck is large and nice to sit out on. The hot tub, arcade games, kites and other sand toys were a bonus. Great place to stay.

You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in being hospitable. Very comfortable and relaxing. The hot tub, Mr. Pac-Man, and ping pong were all highlights.

Property was clean and convenient. Beach access and views were the star here. Convenient to Seabrook where shops and dining are abundant. Pacific beach is quiet. Great place to explore the expanse of the the Olympic Peninsula.

Lots of good things. Puzzles, games, table tennis, beach toys, close beach access. Negatives. Nothing in the refrigerator whatsoever. Overall it was clean but it could have been cleaner. Garbage was overflowing upon our arrival.

Wonderful beach house
My family had a wonderful time. With a quick walk to the beach, beautiful views from the house, we loved it . The house was fully stocked and even had a welcome package and extra toiletries to use since you always forget them. I would recommend binoculars and the hot tub was not hot. Other than that, it gets 5 stars.

The the place is gorgeous! The home was immaculate with incredible views and easy access the beach. When I reaches out to the company handling the property to ask about a grill I was told that there was NO grill.There was a beautiful grill at the home which would have changed our menu for our stay. We love to grill. The other thing difficult was the 10:30 check out. We use VRBO and ABNB all the time and a11:00 am check out would be more reasonable.

Everything was absolutely perfect except for one crucial detail! The electric Car charger is ONLY for a Tesla. A fact you need to know if you drive one of the many other electric Cars on the market. Now you know! Bring your own charger if you don't have a Tesla.

Adults Get away :)
Loved this home!!! So close to the beach. Views are amazing!! The power happened to go out while we were there. There was flashlights and a lantern available for us which was very nice to have. Lots of family games. All you need to bring is food and clothing. There are chairs for the beach. Even a rolling cooler for you to use. They have thought of everything. Toys for younger kiddos to use at the beach. If you are going in the cooler months, I recommend bringing a few pieces of dry firewood as the wood available may be wet. We will be going back in the summer with our kiddos. We loved this house!!

Very nice house, clean, nice beds and plenty of towels
Very nice. Only a few issues, all that we overcame. They only supplied 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, when I texted the comment was just to get you started, and no dishwasher soap. Both surprises me from other places. Cleaning crew was 2 hours late. But we just headed to the beach which was very close. Had great day flying kites

Very well kept house, nice views and plenty of provided amenities to make your visit comfortable. For instance, propane was provided for grilling, plenty of firewood for outdoor firepit and provided with a very generous/warm welcome basket. Had a wonderful stay just be sure to bring your favorite foods and drink with you as the local shops etc. are limited.

The home is beautiful -- open downstairs great room/kitchen area looking at the beach which is a short walk away and expansive. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything, and there are many nice touches (blankets, extra deck chairs, kites) and clear instructions about use of TV/speakers, etc. Located in a small town with somewhat limited grocery stores but nearby Seabrook has 3 restaurants and fun stores. Highly recommend this place, and will definitely visit again.

We found everything to be clean and comfortable. Games, turtle stuffies and books (grandchildren enjoyed), and household supplies. A nice quick walk to the beach or the little store. We all had a great time.

Great Views of Pacific Beach and Great location
We stayed for a new family tradition now that the kids are adults to celebrate the holidays by planning a vacation together. This home was well appointed with everything you would need. Thank You Jeff and Shari for your home and Very Thoughtful arrival gifts for our family. My search for this vacation get away on VRBO was for 7 adults and My recommendation is that this home is suited to sleep 4 adults comfortably with the 2 bedrooms with larger beds. The 3rd bedrooms bunk beds size and mattress's were intended for kids and my adult kids did not find them very comfortable for mattress thickness and bed size. I brought a queen size blow up mattress for an option to use in the garage area but due to it having uninsulated walls and a very cold temperatures during our stay we could not use that mattress so my son had to use the trundle in the kids room instead. I would Love to rent the home again in Warmer months and then use that garage for the blow up mattress's for sleeping options for the adult kids. I highly recommend the home for its views and location and we all appreciated how clean and well appointed the home was.
