The upstairs bedroom comes with a balcony facing the large backyard that offers a tranquil spot for your morning coffee or evening stargazing.

The converted garage serves as a game room, complete with a football table, perfect for friendly competitions and entertainment. Unwinding in the spacious living room, you'll find plenty of spaces to relax and have fun.

SamTrans Buses: SamTrans is the primary public transit agency serving San Mateo County, including Pacifica. Several bus routes run through the Linda Mar neighborhood, providing access to nearby areas, as well as connections to the Bay Area's larger transit network. These routes can take you to places like San Francisco and other parts of San Mateo County.

BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit): While the BART system doesn't directly serve Pacifica, you can access it by taking a SamTrans bus or driving to a BART station, such as the Daly City BART station. From there, you can use BART to reach various destinations in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Caltrain: The nearest Caltrain station to Linda Mar is the San Bruno Caltrain Station, which provides rail service to San Francisco, the Peninsula, and the South Bay. You can reach the station by driving or taking a SamTrans bus.

Pet Fee and Rules:

Our standard pet fee of $550 covers only 1 pet. Any extra pet would cost an additional $150/pet. The guest is liable for any damages caused by pets. The guest is responsible for cleaning animal droppings made by pets in the backyard, or anywhere on the property. The backyard is fully fenced.

Hot Tub Cleaning:
Hot tub has a weekly maintenance schedule.


Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 5 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Additional note:

The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 8 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $40 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 16.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

For your safety and comfort, we’ve installed a Minut device to monitor noise, temperature, and humidity. It doesn’t record audio or video, ensuring your privacy. The device respects your personal space, focusing solely on maintaining a peaceful environment. Your privacy is paramount to us!
