IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE RAFTING PROMO: Rafting season dates vary from year to year and are heavily influenced by the weather in late March/early April. This season is expected to start around mid April through mid-to-late June. However, there are no guarantees and we are unable to provide refunds if rafting is unavailable during your stay.

**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your winter season travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. - Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, and the manager may require proof of age
- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy, will be added to all reservation fees
