We were not informed that the apartment was on the 2nd floor, there was no coffee pot or toaster, the WiFi and TV were not working properly, and the area was questionable. We decided that we had to leave, given the situation, on the second day. When were about to leave, owner arrived with a toaster and told us that someone had stolen her WiFi and a new one would arrive soon. The fact that the WiFi worked on an off, made that impossible. We told her that we felt we should leave and her response was OK, give me the toaster. She then left.
