Overall, the hotel has many positive aspects, but unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed.
As we planned to travel onward to Koh Chang, we asked the hotel in advance for assistance with organizing our transfer. The communication was slow, and we had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the arrangement. Eventually, the booking was successfully arranged upon our arrival, and we learned that only one staff member speaks English, which likely contributed to the delays.
However, we encountered an issue regarding the transfer cost. We were quoted 7,000 Baht, but during check-out, we noticed at the reception desk that the actual price was listed as 5,000 Baht. This discrepancy left us wondering whether a 2,000 Baht service fee was charged (which we feel is quite excessive) or if there was another reason for the difference.
This experience left us feeling overcharged and disappointed. While the hotel staff were polite and the organization eventually worked out, this pricing issue has left us with a negative impression.
