„It was a nice relaxing cabin to stay in. Definitely communicate with property manager to find out what pots/pans/dishware they have because the nearest grocery store is an hour away. Best to bring your food ahead of time. It's a drive to go up and down the mountain. But overall it was a great place to chill out and relax“

„Such a lovely little spot. My wife and I chose to stay at the Hilltop Cabin after a few nights in Escondido. We wanted to get out of the city and closer to nature. The cabin and the area around it did not disappoint. The cabin was very comfortable and the host's garden was spectacular. We love birding and there were so many birds to watch from the balcony of the cabin! It was the perfect place sit and watch the evening take over the valley. „Great little place, cute, fun location, clean and excellent value; this was our second visit - would come again ONLY IF high iron/Sulphur levels in water are resolved. Not pleasant using water that tastes like you have blood in your mouth and smells like rust ALL the time & Sulphur odor at times. This water problem has been an issue for some time with the cabins since there is a little sign about it and you can also see the rust stains on shower tile, ect. I appreciated the quick help /responses ...
