„Our stay at the Riu was fairly perfect. The food is excellent, even the buffet. If I could nit pick a bit, the elevators were wild. Unpredictable and unreliable. Also, you cannot make reservations but you have to line up at 5:30 to get a table at the a la carte, for the first or second seating. „One of the best hotels in Aruba. The room was spacious and clean. Room service is excellent they show up timely when we requested pillows, robes, etc. We visited during Easter so the construction was in hold for few days and then when started it was not that bad and didn’t bother us however we always stayed in the beach which is not far at all from the pools. „I would of rated everytime 5 stars but there was construction of one entire tower which i was not told about. The steakhouse was closef also due to renovations. Our first room which was a junior ocean front view on the 8th floor was horrible, it smelled of mold and mildew, everything was damp from moisture including the bed. It killed my asthma to stay in room. We moved the next day to the 9th floor and room was amazing. Hotel defenitely needs a renovations. Don't lose your wristband because ...
