We have several beaches which are 20-35 minutes drive (depending on traffic)

We do not believe in a long list of rules - We only ask that you respect, take care of our home & have fun! - We understand minor accidents happen & ask that we be notified immediately in consideration for the next guests arriving. We are very understanding Hosts and we do NOT nickel and dime our guests for minor accidents.

KITCHEN / DINING:
We assure you the Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking convenience. From a vast variety of spices, oil & vinegar, to utensils to high end cookware to appliances. Which includes mixer, blender, crock pot, can opener, toaster, toaster oven, tea kettle, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea & cocoa & condiments ( sugar & sweeteners)
Dining table is set for 6, but the table has a butterfly leaf to expand & extra chairs to comfortably sit 8. The kitchen has a pass thru bar with 3 adjustable bar stools.

LIVING ROOM(s): There are three common areas inside the home.
Gather/Fireplace Room: This room sits adjacent to the kitchen with pass thru window and counter top bar with 3 swivel bar stools. Over the fireplace sits a 55-inch flat panel Smart TV with Xfinity's Ultimate TV Package, DVR Remote & Roku Sofa & love seat in which the sofa pulls out into a queen bed. Lift top coffee table on coasters for easy roll out convenience. Three sofa tables with built-in AC & USB ports for your devices.

The Sitting Room: Desk /chair/ monitor with complimentary office supplies including ink & paper for the wireless printer. This working desk/office area is perfect for those who Work Remotely or just simply want a nice landing spot for your laptop.
The Sitting room is also complimented with a two top Bistro Bar & adjustable bar stools. The sectional sofa is a queen pullout bed. The end sofa table has built-in AC/USB Ports.

The Great Room: This is a fabulous room with a spacious sectional couch, that also pulls out into a queen bed. This room has double sliding glass doors which open to the heated salt water pool and patio area. The wall across the couch is proportionally taken up with a 85 inch Flat Panel Smart TV. This TV is also Smart TV with Xfinity's Ultimate TV Package, DVR Voice Remote & Roku Lift top coffee table on coasters for easy roll out convenience. End table is accented with touch lamp that come with AC & USB ports.

LAUNDRY ROOM: There is a spacious laundry room with full-size Whirlpool washer dryer available for your use. Fully stocked with complimentary laundry products. Ironing board, Iron, and steamer are also provided. Laundry room has Built-in counter top folding area with wooden hangers on above hanging rod.

BEDROOMS: Three large bedrooms - Split floor plan with Master & En-Suite bathroom on one side & two bedrooms on other side that share the Cabana Bathroom.

Bedroom 1 / Master Bedroom: Located on the main living area and has a KING bed and newly upgraded top of the line Saatva Plush Pillow Top Mattress. There’s a walk-in closet with wooden hangers, shelves, luggage racks, robes & slippers. The 55-inch flat panel Smart TV is also Xfinity's Ultimate TV Package, Voice DVR Remote & Roku Night stands are accented with touch lamps & alarm clocks that come with AC & USB ports.
The Master also has an En-Suite bathroom and sliding doors that take you out to the beautiful patio area & heated salt water pool.

Bedroom 2: Located on the main living area and has a twin over queen bed with pull out twin trundle bed. Closet with wooden hangers, mirrors, luggage racks, robes and slippers. The 55-inch flat panel Smart TV is also Xfinity's Ultimate TV package, Voice DVR Remote & Roku . Night stands are accented with touch lamps & alarm clocks that come with AC & USB ports.

Bedroom 3: Located on the main living area and has a Queen Beauty Rest Pillow Top Mattress. Closet with wooden hangers, mirrors, luggage racks, robes and slippers. The 55-inch flat panel Smart TV is also Xfinity's Ultimate TV package, Voice DVR Remote & Roku. Night stands are accented with touch lamps & alarm clocks that come with AC & USB ports.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Heated saltwater pool for year-round use. The pool temperature is always set/adjusted to the Guests liking/preference.

We have NO restrictions on the usage/temperature & do NOT charge extra like many others. Therefore, we cannot be held liable in the event the outside temperature drops too low for the pool heater to keep up. We will not issue any refunds except if the pool heater shows a malfunctioning.

NOTE: During our cooler nights on previous & current winters, the pool heater has kept up very well with guests raving about it. Always know, we allow the pool heater to run 24/7 if needed to maintain the temperature to your liking. I have an app on my phone that allows me to adjust up or down at anytime for you.

The patio /pool area is furnished with two tables with seating up to 10 along with a Bistro table located in the corner of the pool deck that provides privacy for two. Five lounging chairs and plenty of pool toys & floats for ALL ages.

Activities : We are 8 miles ( 15-20 min) from Wellington International Polo Club, 12 miles ( 20-30 min) from WEC. West Palm Beach has approximately 10 beaches which are about 20–35 minute drive. (depending on beach and traffic)

We provide beach chairs & umbrellas along with a beach wagon & some beach toys. Beach/pool towels, variety of sunscreen & tanning products are also provided.

You will find a "Things to Do" book in the house upon your arrival.

Garage: The garage is available for guests to use for parking. Pool toys and yard games (Corn Hole) are located on shelves for easy access. Garage door opener is included for your convenience. We kindly ask for you to be mindful & leave garage door opener upon departure.

Children/Kids: We have an abundant of Children books, games for all ages, mini folding wood crib, pak-n-play, high chair, children's dinnerware & utensils - Pak-N-Play is located on premises, while mini crib is stored off premises. IF needing mini crib, please advise ahead of your stay so it is there upon your arrival. Linens & blankets are provided with the crib.

They say if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. After reading all the 5 star reviews, we thought, can’t be THAT good. Something must be wrong. Well, what you read is truly accurate. We have never been blown away by a rental as we were with Dustie and Dale. From the beginning to the end, it was a fantastic experience. Super clean home, special treats, loving concern shown toward us, simply perfection! So all I can say is ditto to what all the other 5 star reviews have said. This was such an incredible vacation with my family due to the outstanding hospitality and beautiful accommodations created by Dustie and his wife. From the moment I inquired about this property I knew it was going to be a great decision to stay here. Dustie was on top of every question I had and full of great information for restaurants, horse back riding, and fishing. When we arrived the house was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. From every detail down to the unexpected surprises that we had with snacks, drinks, and a fabulous birthday surprise of yummy treats and balloons. The outside pool area has more than you can possibly imagine with pool floats extra seating, grill, and not to mention that fabulous screen which provided a no bug experience as my children would say. We absolutely loved waking up every morning and having such a quiet neighborhood to drink coffee around the pool, and watch all the nature around us. The location is great only a few minutes from major shopping. I must note that all the furniture in the house was so comfortable. We have stayed places before that were decorated very nice, but unfortunately there was no great place just to lay with family and watch TV at night. This home has several places where we felt very comfortable relaxing! Both my children and husband said this is by far the best place we have stayed. We are already planning our trip back next year!

It is difficult to put in words how nice it was to stay at Palm Country Bliss. Everything was immaculate. It included alll the comfort of home plus more. We stayed December 22-29 and the host made our stay perfect. We were celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary. It was a very special time . The host had EVERYTHING we needed to have our small family gathering. The heated pool was perfect even when it was chilly outside. We hope to stay there again sometime.

This house is perfect in every way - clean, nicely decorated, over the top ammenities. The beds are comfortable. Linens, towels and pillows are high quality and plenty are provided. Excellent pool house for a family vacation
Our family stayed at many vacation rentals throughout the world, and this pool house is right at the top it terms of comfort, generosity and communication level of the hosts, cleanliness, and quality of furniture/bedding and appliances. We drove for 3 days to vacation at this house and when we arrived we found a generous amount of snacks with flowers and a card on the kitchen table. The fridge and cabinets had essential food items that allowed us to delay going to the grocery store until the next day. Dustie and Dale went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They also had a couple of bottles of wine for us which we appreciated. The pool area exceeded our expectations. The hosts use a solar heating system which allowed us to keep the pool heated throughout our whole stay for no extra charge. There is everything you need in a vacation home at this property: beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, floats for the pool (adults and kids), excellent appliances, extra bedding and towels, as well as hotel-style bath robes and slippers. There are wild birds around the house which the kids enjoyed (we even found an egg next) and the property has a large backyard allowing the pool area to feel secluded and tranquil. There are 3 seating areas with different TVs which allowed our two families to conveniently watch what we wanted. There are also TVs in the bedrooms. Although we didn’t use it, there is a small office area that would work well for someone working remotely or needing to stay connected. The house is in a neighbourhood that is quiet and is about 3-4 miles away from shopping places, grocery stores, and restaurants. The only thing to note is that the house does not have an open concept and is not too big. However, it is accurately described and looks exactly like the pictures listed. This year was hard and we needed a break. Thank you Dustie and Dale for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We made great memories here and we are very grateful to you. Don't think- just book!
If you are on the fence about booking this property, do yourself a favor and book NOW! Our family stayed for Thanksgiving week as our son had a soccer tournament in Palm Beach Gardens, only a short drive from the home. We have traveled extensively, and rented several homes via VRBO and other sites/agencies. This was HANDS DOWN the cleanest, most comfortable home we have ever rented. Dustie goes above and beyond making sure that you and your family have everything they need, right down to stocking the entire kitchen with complimentary groceries. The amenities of this property were just incredible. The pool was maintained at the perfect temperature for the duration of our stay, with many pool floats and accessories to choose from. This property seriously felt like we were just at our own home, so comfortable, so clean, and if you needed anything at all (which you won't because this home literally has everything), Dustie will make sure you get it. Our family would book again in a heartbeat!! Thank you Dustie for the wonderful home-away-from-home!

ABOVE Five Star Vacation Rental!
This is our 4th stay at this "All-Inclusive" gorgeous home! Each time we return, Dustie & Dale have added MORE complimentary amenities & beautiful upgrades/updates. We mix travel with business/work remotely & one of their many new additions is a video conferencing monitor. This was a huge plus for us! There is not anything Dustie missed in this home. If you need it, it is there. There are NO restrictions on anything - pool temp, A/C, NO pet charge and we LOVE the 12pm checkout! In ALL our travels, Palm Country Bliss home is by FAR our favorite. The attention to detail, thoughtful touches, super comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, laundry products, office supplies, pool floats & CLEANLINESS is LEAPS ABOVE any other place we have EVER stayed! We once again, highly recommend this all-inclusive FIVE Star PLUS home & will be returning again!

Better than a 5 Star Property
I'm not the type to write reviews on anything, let alone vacation. But this home was above and beyond all of my expectations. The quality of everything inside, from the furniture, bedding, and fully-stocked kitchen was top notch. We went away for just a few days of R & R and there was not one detail overlooked in this home. My wife is a neat-freak, and even she was impressed at how clean this home was. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had, especially had good recommendations for deep-sea fishing! This was one of our best vacations ever.

A Beautiful Oasis!
This is by far the best VRBO property we have ever stayed at. Dustie and Dale, the hosts, have overlooked nothing in creating this magnificent property. Every room in the house is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is fully stocked (quality pots and pans, sharp knives, and every gadget you could possibly need), and the beds are super comfortable. Second stay even BETTER
This was our second time coming back to Palm Bliss-and definitely won't be our last. This visit involved some work and once again, this home was above and beyond providing what we needed. The internet was lightening speed and the large monitor was helpful during my son's zoom class. Another amazing stay at Royal Palm Bliss!!!
We stayed at Royal Palm Bliss at the end of January for a few weeks and we loved it so much we decide to come back for most of the month of May. I always feel at peace here, even when I am working too many hours! The house is so clean and organized, with nothing to worry about! Dustie is an incredible host and she is so thoughtful and responsive to our needs. Loved, loved the pool and Maya our dog loved, loved the big backyard and all the squirrel watching. We will be back again in the New Year, but we miss it already!

BEST VRBO EVER
We've rented about a dozen properties over the years, but this was by far, the BEST VRBO property we've ever stayed in. We had an amazing vacation, not only because of all the amenities provided, but the relaxing location as well. The pictures don't do this home justice. At the onset, we thought this house would be too large for us, as it's geared for large families. But the amenities, location and pictures drew us in. Dustie was absolutely a doll to deal with. Every request we asked of her was filled cheerfully. You need a boat rental? She has a contact. You want to find out the best restaurants? She'll tell you. If she doesn't know, she'll find out and respond timely. The house itself was filled with top-notch accessories, from a FULLY stocked kitchen (sharp knives!) to pool toys and abundant linens. If you need to work remotely, you have everything you need at your fingertips. There is not one need Dustie has not thought out carefully in this home. We will be back-and soon!!

Sets the bar for house rentals
A truly amazing two week stay at Palm Beach Bliss home! What we loved the most: The heated pool was huge and even on the coldest days was keep at 90 degrees. Our dog Maya loved the large, fenced backyard to run in and watch the birds and squirrels! The house was beautifully appointed and so well organized with everything you would need for a vacation or work from home. The home was in a great location to get to stores and the West Palm area. Dustie and Dale were great and so attentive. We have rented a lot of homes and the was by far the cleanest, felt like home and set the bar for all future home rentals! Honestly, we can't say enough good things and can't wait to return in May!!!

Amazing, thoughtful, kind owners who went above and beyond!
Communication leading up to our trip was incredible. The house was super clean and very spacious. Dustie had the pantry and cabinets fully stocked with food and paper goods for our entire stay! The kids loved having their own bedrooms and couch areas to hang out in. Everyone said their bed was incredibly comfortable! Pool was lovely and the floats she provided were awesome. Days at the beach were easy with the wagon, toys, towels and chairs Dustie provided. The kitchen has every utensil and gadget you could hope for. The outdoor grill made dinners at home a breeze. Dustie checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure things were going well and to see what more she could do for us. If I could give ten stars I most definitely would!
