Situated in the Tidelands community of Palm Coast, this immaculate 2BR/2BA townhome offers a delightful coastal oasis. Drive less than 10 minutes to the ocean, or soak up the sun by one of two sparkling pools. Enjoy access to a plethora of resort amenities, including walking trails with views of the Intracoastal Waterway.

LIVING AREA

After a day at the beach, watch favorite shows on the 50” cable TV in the light and airy living area. Two plush sofas provide ample seating.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This townhouse sleeps up to four guests between the two bedrooms.

Find quiet privacy in the master suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 32” cable TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

A second bedroom features a queen bed and cable TV. A second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Within a 10-minute drive of the beach, this townhome makes exploring the Florida coast a breeze! Drive 6 miles north to visit Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. Or travel 8.3 miles south to check out the Graham Swamp Conservation Area.

An abundance of shops and dining options are within a 20-minute walk in the nearby European Village complex.

Make the easy drive to a host of iconic Florida Coast destinations, including Daytona Beach and St. Augustine, both within a 40-minute drive. Orlando’s theme parks are less than 2 hours away by car.

The property should be taken off the market until improvements are made.1. The refrigerator does not work. It froze all of our food, and we lost about 50 of fresh vegetables that were ruined. The refrigerator operated as a freezer, even with the temperature setting at the warmest setting. Vacasa never responded to our request for help.2. The unit did not come with a FOB for entry into the pool, gym, ping pong, and billiard area. We were able to obtain one 3 days later when the office was open. Again, Vacasa never responded to our request for help.3. The kitchen had spilled coffee all over the cabinetry. We also found crumbs covering the seats at the table. My son found an empty water bottle and cigarettes under the sofa.4. The can opener was broken. We purchased a new one.5. The carpet on the stairs is stained with dirt foot-prints.Additionally, I rent 6-7 times with VRBO per year and I have never seen a condo in this condition, nor have I experienced such incapable customer service considering the issues we had with the refrigerator and FOB. I chose this condo over others that cost less believing that I was getting a nicer unit with a better experience, and that is the OPPOSITE of what we experienced.

Quiet Corner Unit
The parking was convenient to the front portal. Access is from the ground level, two flights up to unit. Unit was presentable, noticing the cleanliness, nicely lit by natural light and decently appointed. There were a couple niceties left such as starter paper towels and a little ground coffee. The unit has a decent entertainment system, but we were there simply for a holiday visit with relatives.and it wasn’t important. The bathrooms and bedrooms held no surprises and were unremarkable. Nice storage for clothes. Washer/dryer fine. We’re overall pleased and will return, if welcomed. The minor downsides were the refrigerator door creaked like a haunted house door and an unwanted palmetto bug was scurrying across a bed room floor. Glad the wife only saw that on the last day. Fine accommodations, thank you.

Very disappointed with the way we were treated by Vacasa. Advertised as having pool and fitness center but were denied access. We contacted Vacasa about this and it took 2 weeks for them to allow us access by supplying us with key cards for pool and fitness center as well as parking passes. This should have been supplied upon check-in. Local representative had no idea what was going on and continually lied to us in order to string us along. A partial refund was promised but never materialized. We would not use or recommend Vacasa!!!

Check-in nightmare
We were coming from the North. Shortly before arriving in Palm Coast we received a call stating that we were eligible for "early check-in" and that our place was clean and ready for our arrival. We were pleased to hear that, of course, after a 20 hour trip! Shortly following that call, we received another telling us that we were unable to check in that day due to the need for pest control and were given the option to either go to St Augustine or stay at a hotel for the night. We opted for the hotel (we did not have to pay for that). Were told someone would call us the next day to inform us regarding check in status. We waited all day, and noone was updating us. My husband had to initiate several phone calls, speaking to several different people all insisting that the unit had not been cleared for check-in. Finally, at 4pm, as we sat outside of the gated entrance, still waiting for the OK, we decided to just go in. Not sure what would have happened if we waited for a call as we felt like noone really seemed to know what was going on. As for the accomodations, the fridge started leaking onto kitchen floor, overhead kitchen lights constantly flickered when turned on so we left them off. Microwave light was dead leaving very little light in the kitchen. Electric can opener did not work. Carpets were stained in several areas. (I wondered if the owners ever visited here to check on things.)The development was lovely but I have to say that the entire experience was frustrating and will probably avoid Vacasa in the future. Definitely not worth the expense or the headache!

. Getting in to the gated community and the pool was a nightmare. No instructions were send prior to our arrival on how to enter the gated community. We were asked the owners name upon entry!!! We don’t have that information!! Well they had never heard of Vacasa!!! So it took us about 20 min to enter the community for the first time. I requested via txt that my husband and I need to be on the list to enter the community since I had to work some of the days. By Wednesday I still wasn’t able to enter the Community. Yet I made the reservations. No note that we need a Fob to get into the pool, after multiple teems to enter the pool and txting multiple times with Vacasa, we we're told that they are not aware of a required fob for the pool area. We finally found a lanyard in the kitchen and gave it try. Well that was the FOB. A FOB was required to enter!!!!! Although the apartment was nice and clean, we saw multiple roaches running around in the kitchen and Livingston area. The apartment is for 4, yet dishes were not for 4. i normally don’t give bad feedback but it is a must this time. We will not be renting from Vacasa again!!!!

Very Nice Townhome & Area
The property was very nice inside and out! The location is the perfect central connection to Daytona Beach, Flagler Beach, St. Austustine and the other popular surrounding cities. We loved that the home and area is dog friendly. I felt like the communication was very detailed and on point with everything outside of the amenities. We were told everything, even how to turn on the shower which was simple, but were not informed that we needed a key card to tap into the pool area. We are very thankful for the friendly residents who offered to let us into the pool while we waited for Turnkey to call us back about accessing the pool. When we finally did get a call back, which was maybe 2hrs after the initial call, we were informed that there was no information provided by the owner of the townhome about accessing the pool. Also, there is a nice walking trail surrounding the property with several docks overlooking the lake. Some of the docks/piers are private (non have private property signs) so pay attention to which pier you're accessing. Again, the friendly residents assisted us with finding the perfect dock/pier for relaxing on the lake and watching DOLPHINS! It was beautiful. Outside of the lack of communication regarding amenities, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway
The property was beautiful. The stairs were manageable. The garage was a plus. Loved that there was a washer/dryer available although we didn’t need it. Appreciated being able to bring our guinea pig as it was pet friendly. Only downside was only 4 seats at the table. Another couple visited and we played a game. Had to use the coffee table and the bench. Same for dinner, but we made do. Great mini vacation!
