Welcome to Tidal Dreams! Imagine a cozy two-story beach house, perfectly nestled along a unique coquina rocky shoreline. This inviting retreat is designed for relaxation and enjoyment with family and friends. Outside, you can unwind poolside or gather around the fire pit for evening conversations under the stars. The home offers unmatched views of the Atlantic Ocean, which you can enjoy from the second-floor balcony, the primary bedroom, the living room, and even the kitchen. The beach is almost your own private escape! Please note that the pool is naturally heated by the sun only and does not have a separate heating system.

Modern amenities include a 65'' smart TV in the main living room, along with additional smart TVs in each bedroom and a 65" in the primary room, all connected to Wi-Fi. For a complete entertainment experience, both the interior and exterior of the home are equipped with a Sonos smart home sound system so you can enjoy the tunes all day by the unheated pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, making meal preparation a breeze. Tons of beach gear is provided too!

The location is perfect for enjoying all that the East Coast offers. Located close to St. Augustine and Palm Coast and close enough for a day trip to Orlando, Disney World, Daytona Beach, and Kennedy Space Center, but far enough to escape the crowds and enjoy the quiet side of Florida.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.under 40 lbs
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
