„Getting a coffee, water or orange juice at Breakfast didn‘t work at all. 2 days we waited 20 minutes for a coffee. So the Service at Breakfast needs massive improvement. In our room 843 the shower was broken and the SPA for the size of the Hotel was by gar too small ( only 4 daybeds in the quiet Zone)“

„We liked everything esp. the extraordinary friendly staff. Located in the heart of the old town of Palma it was a short trip with the public bus from the airport to the placa d'espana (A1). So we were glad to avoid a taxi trip. Last but not least: the breakfast offers everything in good quality and the chef can prepare magic "huevos revueltos"/scrambled eggs. Hope we can return soon!“
