„Great location. Home needs some upkeep but the pool and location were great. Home has antiquated appliances that mostly work as they should. Maintenance could be better on building ,exterior was decent. Interior was fairly clean but a good coat of paint is needed. Location is great, near the beach. No AC but plenty of fans.“

The place is great located and you will get within a couple of minutes to the beach and even beaches for kids are reachable within 7 minutes by car. If you are heady for grocery stores or backery‘s you will also reach them within a couple of minutes. If you’re heading for Puerto Rico and search a great place to stay you are perfectly accommodated in this great place.“

„The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. “

„Our stay was very good, the property was spotless and had fresh linens and towels for the bed and bath (not kitchen)There are stairs between the 3 levels but were easily navigated. The 5 cup drip coffee pot barely filled 3 coffee cups but for a group of 4 we just ran a second pot. The pool was nice, not heated but tollerable. Not busy at all.We had a very enjoyable stay, thank you!“

„We had a family of 9 adults, an infant and a 4 year old staying for 5 nights in January. We had a small wedding (the other family rented a VBRO next to ours) on the beach with a reception held on the roof top of this home. They have 4 tables with seating for 24 plus a large outdoor sectional and a couple chaise chairs all on the roof top! „Perfect in everyway for out multi generational winter getaway! Amazing outdoor/pool area, great neighborhood, private yet close to amenities and beautiful beaches. Loved the Lechuga bakery on the corner. The hosts left a beautiful welcome basket of fresh fruits, and beverages and the home was well stocked with the basic needs that are very helpful to have on hand. „We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. „The property is quite large and is a nice island house. The bedrooms have air conditioning and it seems like the house has undergone some renovations as many parts look new. The best feature of the house is the very large porch with multiple hammocks. We spent most our time here. The host was fantastic and ensured we had everything we need. The only surprise was the location. The map on VRBO is not correct and the home is further away from the city than indicated on the site.“
