Welcoming, fresh, comfortable and great presentation with wide balconies overlooking a small lake with wildlife. Everything was to high standards. We had all we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and well lit. Thank you from all of us! “

„Overall our vacation was a 5, but this house is more like a 3. The property has great potential, but has not been maintained. The pool was fantastic, but was surrounded by weeds and included a pile of broken and rusted pool toys. The pool loungers(3) were all broken and unusable. It was nice to have direct access to the beach, a short walk over the dunes for a day in the sand. However, the fence door was not secure and with a dog and small child, this was a concern. „Very convenient to son and daughter-in-law who delivered baby early on Christmas Day. Necessitated extended stay which was accommodated but key panel code expired and resulted in temporary lock out. Checkin instructions had included directions for accessing lockbox with keys which was never located, even with help of agents. Overall, satisfactory accommodation but kitchen could use a working can opener.“

The property is perfectly located in central OBX with close access to beach, Roanoke Island, several nature preserves and most of the shopping areas. We have appreciated and enjoyed the clean, attractive and luxurious interior of this apartment. Everything we need is provided with an eye to quality. Bikes and kayaks are a bonus feature. The host has been quite helpful over the years. We are looking forward to another stay here.“
