**Living Area**

**Kitchen and Dining**

Wake up late and craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen with ample granite counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances you need to create even the most complex recipes. The place was very clean with nice appliances and furnishings. The beach was close to walk to and the neighborhood was decent. (However many damaged homes from the tornado were being in the stage of being repaired) It was quiet at this time of year but it was way to windy to just sit on the beach and relax. Very many nice restaraunts were around.

Great place with minor inconvenience
We loved the location and how close it is to the beach. Parking right in-front of this condo was very convenient specially for unpacking and packing with two small kids. The sheets and towels were clean and had enough kitchen utensils for our cooking adventure. But please bring your own Toilet paper if you are staying more than one night. We were given quarter of a roll for three nights stay with 4 people and when it ran off the property manager told us that they dont provide anymore toilet paper. This was rude and surprising to us. They should mention it in their rental ad that they dont provide enough toilet paper.

Short and sweet
My bf and I wanted to get away from our day to day for a quick weekend and it was PERFECT. Parking out front was definitely a stress reliever when it came to worrying about our personal vehicle and belongings. Separated enough from everything so that it was peaceful, yet literal steps from the beach! Still close enough to hit up Pier Park and experience all the fun. This is definitely going to be our go-to for the next couple years

Location to the beach great , some neighbors across street not so much . The condo was clean except no mattress protector on stained mattress host did send one after notifying. The couch bed I could feel each spring . Clean over all . A kitchen counter redo repair was scheduled suring our stay with our pet there , I notified and told them no we had a dog and didn’t want to sit and wait at condo on vac so they said they would cancel and the repair guys didn’t get the cancel or something and just showed up thank god we were there or they wouldn’t have came in to our 100 pound dog . We left a few days early but had already run out of clean towels and had a starter roll of TP for A six day stay . The location to walk to beach was great tho .

Nice pet friendly condo
We love this end of the beach and finding a pet friendly rental so close to the ocean was a bonus. There were some maintenance issues that will hopefully be fixed before we return next year, but we definitely plan to stay again. Very cute and comfortable.

Stovetop Fiasco
Overall our stay was great. The only issue we had was regarding the stovetop. It would not heat up our food to cook it. Since we had the kitchen we were in hopes to utilize the stovetop to cook on. One day we had to cook everything in the oven, but the next day breakfast had to be thrown out. So if I graded the stay on the stovetop issue I would give it 3 stars.

Positives: Bed was comfy, ground floor unit, large dogs could stay. Washer/dryer in room. Soliel was nice enough. Price point was competitive. Negatives: spurs/stickers got in our feet, dog’s feet. No good place to potty. Nosy & rude neighbors, no pool or ocean view. Someone had unplugged Wi-Fi and left it hidden. Only shower…no tub. Would be good for an older couple.
