Zu Fuß zum Strand ist nur einer der vielen Vorteile, wenn in diesem exquisiten, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Strandhaus eingebettet in der ruhigen Gemeinde von Seacrest Beach zu bleiben. Genießen Sie die Meeresbrise aus der großen Veranda, während Kaffee am Morgen oder am Abend Cocktails schlürfen.

Das Hotel liegt zwischen Meer und Rosemary Beach, auf wünschenswert 30A, das Einfamilienhaus ist die erstklassige Lage zu genießen Spaß in der Sonne, fantastischen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in einem der Gebiete renommierten lokalen Restaurants (George, Cuvee 30A, Brunos Pizza, Red Bar, nur einige davon.)

Sea Oaks ist in der Lage bis zu 10 Gäste unterzubringen. Das Obergeschoss Master verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem neu eigenem Bad renoviert. Im Erdgeschoss verbindet ein Jack-n-Jill Bad, um die zweite Queen-Size-Schlafzimmer mit einem Etagenbett Zimmer, die 4 Personen. Zusätzlich zieht ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer in ein Queen-Size-Bett. Dieses Haus ist ausgestattet mit WLAN und ein Smart-TV, sowie Fernseher in allen Schlafzimmern. Die Küche ist besser bestückt, dass die meisten Küchen zu Hause. Andere lustige Details von den Besitzern zur Verfügung gestellt, umfassen eine umfangreiche Bibliothek der Bücher, Spiele und einen Spieltisch, Spielzeug für den Strand und Wagen zu helfen, alles hinunter zum Strand führen. Clean, Classic, and Well Appointed
My family and I had a great stay at Sea Oaks. The property was immaculately clean and had classic beach house vibes. I love to cook and I appreciated the well equipped kitchen & clean grill in the back. Shoutout to the excellent small library in the main living area. The location was as described and it was extremely convenient to be so close to the beach. The included beach accessories & bikes were clean, functional, and saved a lot of hassle vs. having to rent them or bring ourselves. My only caveat is that for families with small children, 3 & under, the central staircase is brutal to manage. There is an included baby gate but it was difficult to deploy. But barring that we were very pleased.

Worth Repeat Visits!
This is our second stay at this property this year. We absolutely love the location, the size of the home, and the generous hospitality of Andra, the homeowner. The kitchen is perfect if you love to cook, like me, and the bedrooms are all comfortable. The house is right across the street from beach access and the homeowner provides extra chairs and beach toys that make everything super easy. There are books and games and movies to enjoy too! We are happy to be repeat visitors and hope to be able to stay at Sea Oaks for many years to come.

Relaxing Vacation
The home was beautiful and in a great location on 30A. Just steps away from the beach and came with all kinds of beach equipment for our use. Close to our favorite restaurants. It was just my wife and I but would definitely rent this property again and have plenty of room for our kids and three grandkids. They would love the easy access to the beach!

Incredible Host and Location!
From the moment we booked this property, we were impressed. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating. The house is well stocked, clean, and in the best possible location! You truly are 65 steps from the beach and in the heart of everything that 30A has to offer. There was a booking error that was 100% my fault and our host was so kind and accommodating to our family. We can’t thank them enough and we will certainly be back!

Fantastic location!
Fantastic location across the street from the beach. Very easy walk and access to not-too-busy sand and surf. Easy walk to Alys Beach for food and shopping. Quick drive or bike ride to groceries. House is spacious and very comfortable with everything you need for a great visit, including bikes, beach stuff, and a nicely stocked kitchen! Andra was friendly and attentive and very communicative. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fully stocked, clean, well organized, spacious beach house in a convenient location.
Overall fantastic. A few thoughts, however to create an even greater experience. Here are a few ideas: 1. Provide higher quality bed linens, including duvets or comforters but especially sheets 2. Provide extra toilet paper and pager towels and facial tissues 3. Replace tattered beach towels 4. Provide a pop up tent at the beach 5. Provide a small portable cooler for the beach as well as reusable water bottles with lids and straws Thank you for all you did provide!

Owner was very accommodating and communicating was easy. The kitchen had all the hardware we needed to cook some great meals. The walk to the beach was just as stated in the description. We needed a few extra bikes and some beach towels and the owner had them waiting for us. Very nice!

Gem! Beautiful home steps from the beach with incredible host!
We had a fantastic say at Sea Oaks. We’ve been coming to the area for several years and have previously tried to balance proximity to the beach with cost. We have never been able to park at a single family home steps from the beach until finding Sea Oaks. The house is beautifully appointed, the owners have truly thought of everything. Between beach toys for the kids, a library of paperbacks to take to the beach and a kitchen that felt better appointed than my own, we were in sugar sand heaven. Andra, the host, was incredibly responsive and attentive, anticipating all of our potential questions and needs. We felt her tremendous hospitality from the moment we were greeted by her homemade s'mores kit. We will definitely be back!

So accommodating !
Our vacation started with me messing up the invitation dates because of a mixed booking, and the owner of the property was amazing! She accommodated me and helped me figure out how to make the adjustments that I needed. The home is lovely, especially the view from the balcony. We had a wonderful all around great time staying at Seacrest. Unfortunately the weather had different plans for our stay but we made the best of it. The house has everything you can imagine needing for your beach trip. It had bikes, helmets, chairs, umbrellas, wagon, ice chest, boogie boards, skim boards, noodles, beach games. Literally anything you can think of. The house came fully equipped with every dish/pan/utensil/bbq pit etc that you need. We really enjoyed the privacy of the yard (front and back). It would be great for little children as well because it’s completely fenced in so the kids can play without fear of the main hwy. If I had to give any Criticism at all it would be that the furniture needs updating. That was easily overlooked because the location and amenities made up for it.

Hidden Gem of a property and host
This home is well appointed just across the street from the beautiful and rarely crowded beach. Upstairs has a lot of natural light and a comfortable balcony with rocking chairs. The home is very well stocked with anything that you might have forgotten while packing. But most of all, the host is so very kind and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to accommodate us while we were dealing with the after-effects of a hurricane and power outages back home. We felt taken care of and very welcome here. The library is awesome which consisted of games and kids books, too. We are so glad we chose this place. Thank you Andra!

A Dreamy Rental
This fabulously stocked, clean house faces 30A, resulting in a 3 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of porch rockers for our group of 8 to all hang out together (same goes for beach chairs, bikes & beach umbrellas.) A baby gate is available & porch railings are secure for a crawling 11 mo. The house library fills a wall. We didn't discover the outdoor shower til the end of our week - it's by the back door.

Home Away From Home, Great For Young Active Families
I took my elder parents to the beach to enjoy some time away together. This is a beautiful home on a large, private property. The bedrooms are big and furnished well. Mattresses were comfy. It rained some, so we enjoyed rocking on the 2nd floor covered balcony and feeling the ocean breeze. All the beach items and bicycles were a nice perk. Know that the main level with the kitchen, living room and master bedroom are up a flight of stairs, so may not be practical for elder guests. Also, the beach location across the street along that area of 30A is steep with close to 60 steps to climb and no ramp. I would definitely stay there again, but not with my parents or other elder guests.
